Where is HaLeigh, I just wish one person there would talk, They know, their actions show me they know, and Im one of those that believe Ron knows also, if he doesnt I will be the first to say, I was wrong, but I dont think so....If Ron doesnt know the exact person responsible for whatever has happened to HaLeigh, then he knows why it did, he knows he put her and JR both in danger somehow, and I hope its just a matter of time before the truth comes out. Im also glad that Jr. is with his Mother,I know soem dont believe it but these kids were taken from her after she left Ron, and his entire family helped him to get custody of them and keep them away from her. Im sure there was more she could have done afterwords  to get them back, but she didnt, plain and simple, she was tired of fighting and for that I fault her, but she has JR now and she is trying everything to do what she needs to do to keep him, I know that 2 wrongs dont make a right, but in my book at least she is trying, not out selling drugs on the streets with the person that LE says holds the key to what happened to her daughter..I am waiting for someone to say something...someone to give that one word or name that will bring HaLEigh home., I pray it will be soon..

Haleigh went missing from Ron's watch when he left his innocent young children under the care of his babysiter/gf/wife/ex wife/friend who just came off a 3 day bender, sexapades,no sleep drug feast .. The negligence was due to Ron's neglect of  not making the right decisions regarding his children's welfare. A parent's job is to make sure their children are safe and taken care of their well being. Yes Crystal did fight for her children in court but Ron
lied in court about not doing drugs let alone where he was living with his mom.  How is Crystal supposed to know what is happening inside his home. Ron is a liar..
Who's sitting in jail!! I wonder if it is true Ron ripping off a drug dealer. I wonder if Misty was set up to meet someone for drugs by the tracks and when Misty left leaving the children unattended someone from the circle that Ron rippped off went to the home and took Haleigh ...

BINGO!!!!!!! Crystal may not be mom of the year, but to my knowledge she hasn't been on LE's radar and been in non-stop trouble like Ron and his crew, Ron did lie about his drug use and Crystal owned hers. Ron is a liar, abusive, and basically an all around thug dope boy. I always wondered on those tapes when he tole the UC, "that's not what frucking happened", how he would know since he wuz at werk! If HAleigh had been "abducted" which I will NEVER believe on Crystal's watch, you can bet I'd be all over that side of the family. Just an FYI, Crystal has never been arreste for drugs to my knowledge, now look at Ron's record as long as my arms. Itis what it is

sad, it seems he wasn't too worried about Jr either.......if this was over a drug debt, it HAS happened before. Remember the movie Alpha Dog, Nick MArkowitz was kidnapped and murdered over his brother's 2,000 drug debt.

PALATKA, Fla. -- Misty Croslin will appear before a judge Monday afternoon for a hearing on drug charges.

The court appearance is for a hearing on the drug charges Croslin is facing St. Johns and Putnam counties.

Croslin already appeared in Putnam County on those charges.

The hearing is expected to begin at 1:30 p.m.

Recovered Audio Could Provide Some Insight into Haleigh Case

It has been more than a year since 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings was reported missing from her mobile home in Satsuma she shared with her younger brother, her father and the live-in baby sitter Misty Croslin.

Misty was the last person to see Haleigh.

Croslin\'s accounts of that night have been described by investigators as inconsistent and in conflict with the evidence in the case.

One thing that investigators know is that Croslin was on a weekend drug and sex binge days before Haleigh vanished. She was in the company of a man named Greg Page and female companions Kristina Rene "Nay Nay" Prevatt and Amber Brooks.

Croslin is now in the St. Johns County jail on drug trafficking charges alone with her brother Tommy Croslin and friend Donna Brock.  Haleigh Cummings\' father Ronald Cummings is in the Putnam County Jail on similar charges along with his cousin Hope Sykes.

Private investigator William "Cobra" Staubs recorded an interview with a woman in May of 2009 and sent WSKY the audio a short time afterward. In the audio, the woman make all kinds of allegations regarding drugs, Misty and Nay Nay Prevatt.

Prevatt became a little bit better known in the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings following a letter she sent to her boyfriend while she was in jail on separate drug charges last summer . Prevatt stated in the letter that investigators quizzed her about Haleigh in regards to an alleged signed affidavit by a man named Joe Pytko who claimed the child ate some "roxies" while at a party with Misty and died. He allegedly added in his "affidavit" that Haleigh\'s body was put in a bag and was  dumped in a pond. A pond at the Mondex near Palatka was drained around the time the letter was made public by WSKY.

WSKY forwarded these recordings to the Putnam County Sheriff\'s Office last year and asked if these sound files might have anything to do with the investigation into Haleigh Cummings. To this day, WSKY has not received and answer to that question.

Whether or not this interview will help investigators find Haleigh or her possible abductor(s), the discussions do give a possible insight to the lifestyle of Misty Crosin and Nay Nay Prevatt at the time.

Where are you baby girl?  Who took you and left not a trace of evidence to let us know where you are.  Who is it that is so afraid of your being found?  Why is it that LE is not in your Daddy, your Step Mom's and your now Uncle's cell's everyday questioning them?  You'd think they would be....

I have followed this horrible case from the beginning, along with so many of you. I just for the life of me can't believe the police have not figured this out already. I'm not putting down the police it just seems with the likes of the characters involved this should have come to a conclusion. Where is this little one, and how could this have gone on so long, just puzzling to me.

quick question... w hen crystal was having seizures and it was rumored to be drug related does anyone remember what drug ? was it lorazapam? loritab? i can't remember now but was interested in knowing which even if it was just a rumor
