It has been quite a day, and I have some thoughts....

I feel like this is truly a battle of good against evil at this point, even more so since all this KFN/Garrison/hacking stuff has gone down....it's all here- corruption, greed, deception, MURDER....this case is exposing all that is evil and the monkeys just keep shining the light down that dark hole so everybody can see it!  I am inspired by that!

Secondly....I feel like it's gonna happen soon....Caylee is gonna be found....the Anthonys are quaking in their boots and stirring up all the evil energy and that's why the circus atmosphere has reached a fever pitch...LP is VERY close...Cindy said that without saying it on Monday...

This gypsy has a good feeling.....justice is coming and it's going to be swift and heavy....

Meanwhile, I give in and make an eye Dr's appointment for tomorrow, THEN I read SM, and see LP has 40 divers going out tomorrow covered by Murt!

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Equusearch pulled out of central Florida Wednesday night.

Founder Tim Miller said bounty hunter Leonard Padilla overshadowed this last attempt to find Caylee, call it a circus.

Miller admitted that the promises bounty hunter Padilla made helped this most recent push to find Caylee Anthony.

“I was getting a lot of play on Nancy Grace,” said Padilla. “I would help him raise $25, $35,000 and see if I could get him 500 people down here.”

Miller however had different take.

“We put this search together not one person came that,” Miller said. “Not one dime given up. To add insult injury he was standing around the command center, signing autographs getting his picture taken which was taking the focus off what our search effort was.”

Miller said the donations Padilla said were to help fund the search never came.

He wonders just what Leonard Padilla is up to.

On Padilla's website, www.wantedfugitives.com <http://www.wantedfugitives.com>, viewers are able to log into discussion forums about the Caylee Anthony case. First you have to pay an annual fee of $9.95.

The page reads the charge is for site upkeep but the site also has a place where you can donate to Equusearch. 

Miller said however that he's never received a dime.

Padilla said he can explain. He says the website is managed by Rob Dick, one of his associates. Padilla said he told Miller he would donate the membership fees from the site.

Dick told said he is appalled with how the Equusearch team handled itself by leaving the search before Caylee was found.

Dick says he will be refunding all donations made through his website.

Your pictures help some of us here, it's hard to think about how serious this matter is.  It's shocked me, alot of it, & all of them.  lol

Please, you humble me... I do understand how this case has touched so many~good and bad. This island where I live is too beutiful to not photograph on a regular basis, and I personlly find hope, peace, faith and a sense of calmness in my photos and i hope that if it touches just one person, well then it makes my day more fulfilled and joyful...I feel so blessed that i have a need to share my blessings with everone. Ya know, this whole thing is starting to make people second guess my sanity. Okay, so I am at work on my break in front of the computer reading Scared Monkeys..........Someone walks by and asks what I am doing....I tell her...reading Scared Monkeys talking about maggot milkshakes. Next day, same person walks by and asks the same thing, I reply....I am riding with 1000 people in Murt's van around Orlando, there was a cross on a tree and there are divers in the lake. Someone asks me a question, I say...wait a minute there might be breaking news!!! 
They are beginning to wonder about my sanity!!! But I will be with you all until Caylee is found.

WOW.  I'm truly flabbergasted at TM taking whatever beef he has with LP public.  I still love TM and have donated periodically since NH and will continue to keep TES as a favorite cause, but this is not helping the image of TES nor getting donations.  I wonder what CA and GA said to TM that has made him say things like this?  Ya think they slipped him some KC Kool-aid?

I have no idea either, I'm sorry, it's just hard to believe it's even him talking. First this thing with Nejame and now LP, I don't know what to think. So I guess I'm just going to push this aside to being human (if it's true at all) and his frustration of not finding Caylee. I've put events on before, usually only 1 or 2 day stuff, and I know how incredibly tired I was, how frustrated and pissy by the end. So I can imagine just a fraction of what he was going through. LP is a good man for not firing back. They should let it drop and move forward with what each has to offer. Tim will ALWAYS be a good man in my book.  ::MonkeyCool::

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A dive team will scour the waters of the Little Econlockhatchee River around Blanchard Park on Thursday for any sign of Caylee Anthony.

The search was organized by bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who is ready to send nearly 40 divers back into the water to search for the missing toddler.

Two divers searched the same area on Monday, but they came up empty-handed.

Padilla joined dozens of people on Tuesday for a prayer vigil in honor of Caylee.

Unfortunately over on the Fox Orlando blog Rob D. is doing it for him........sad, they even raised $270.00 in donations thru their pay site and now they are sending the $ back, my question is why were they holding onto it in the first place?? I see them as 2 very different personalities that just clashed and have no ill will to either, but someone needs to clamp down Rob and his 6 paragraph "diss" against TES and Tim. JMO

Yesterday afternoon I posted about things being screwed since last friday I
meant Nejames. I had a rotten feeling when it came out that the pow-wow was
being held at his restuarant. Also tim did not look like his usual self. On Saturday
when I heard that Nej. was in the command trailer that made me feel more hinky
I do not like this man. To me he seems underhanded. If I'm wrong I'm sorry.
   Since that time things have gone from bad to worse. To hear Tim run down LP
is not in his nature or was not before Nj came on the seen. Maybe LP did not say

And RD and LP may have been holding donations and waiting to send one big check. It's not like every time they got 10 bucks they needed to write a check and send it on over to TES pronto. That would be a hassle.

As far a LP is concerned...I think he's just going on GUT instincts..which in his profession, is his biggest asset. Also the media loves to follow him around so it keeps this search on the front pages..where it needs to be IMO

Agreed. You know, I was trying to put myself in LP's shoes and thinking of someone insisting Caylee could not be in that river. But he has other infroamtion that leads him there and he has a gut feleing. So what would I do? I'm stubborn. So, I'd probably search the damn river anyway.

There are a dozen billboards local businesses donated that feature messages to help find Caylee Anthony. The donated billboard and donations from an exotic car dealer of $200,000 for a reward leading to Caylee's safe return are the work of The Never Lose Hope Foundation. It registered as a corporation in Florida just a year ago.
The foundation uses a reverse 911-type technology to allow relatives of missing kids, like Caylee's grandfather, to send recorded messages to thousands of residents at once appealing for tips.
"I really wanted to help the family. And I thought maybe we can apply something we're already doing to this," explained William Rivera, President, Never Lose Hope Foundation

Hi all i just anted to say thanks for all the updates i read alot yesterday. I don't post much but i do read. I pray they find Caylee today she deserves so much more then she has been given. I hate the A's I love LP and i do resoect Tim. I love the Murt man but was one of the unlucky ones who got the huge virus from his site and i am really leary about going back there so i just keep up with him and what's going on from you Monkeys your the best! I'm finding very little on the Never Lose Hope Foundation.  A website address that's still under construction. 

I agree... I think LP is a standup guy.  He is doing what he feels in his heart is the right thing to do...which If more people did that, the world would be a better place.   I believe LP feels like he HAS to do something. 

IMO, Tim is in a difficult position.  He unfortunately has to deal with financial aspects as well as his professional opinion about how probable a recovery is.  I feel that Tim thinks that chances are Caylee will not be recovered.  Can you imagine the heartache that would come along with that reality and the hard choices he has to make?  There are literally hundreds of people begging him to help them find loved ones.  Each missing person is important and Tim has the unfortunate task of making choices that I thank God I don't have to make.

As all have said, this is about Caylee. She deserves so much better than Casey has given her.   Will she be found?  I don't know.  It breaks my heart.  I pray she is found.

I have to just put it in God's hands. 

At one time it was said that LA worked for a medical facility that dealt with Aids and Hepatitis.

I agree completely.  This whole "beef" is definitely yet another tactic by the Antknees.   Luckily, the number of people united by this common goal of finding Caylee won't allow them to get away with it.  As long as we don't give up, there's nothing they can do to keep searchers out of there.  This is why I thank God for all of you AMAZING Monkeys and Monkey Friends for doing all that you do.   I can't tell you how inspired I am by how absolutely wonderful all of you are.   It brings tears to my eyes, but I admit that I am a sap.

We need to keep as many of the online communities who love Caylee and want her found working together to deflect any attempts to derail search efforts.   Not only is there strength in numbers, but the desire for her to be found is so strong for all of us, that alone can be a VERY powerful force when put to use.

Thanks again to all of you who are hard at work for Caylee.  Don't hesitate to recruit more of us to help when you need it.

WE have been there to search for Caylee 2 times already, although we are not going to the show. I started getting sick last night - sort of instant bronchitis.  Don't even have a cold, went right to my chest.  Temperature rising all morning.  The upside is now I have a good excuse for hiding out in my room on my computer!  Yeah, fam, the house is a disaster but I am sick.  Cough...cough.

I felt so guilty after living on here Sat and Sun that on Monday,  I went shopping for Christmas, made a huge dinner with homemade apple crisp.

Steroid psychosis!  I used to get steroids shots in my hips and finally just said no more.  I would turn into super woman for three days and then crash.  Not worth the pain relief to me.  My doc said some people are more susceptible than others to the stuff.

I don't believe that Caylee is in Blanchard. Too public. Hours of park access not conducive. KC threw that out there, imo, because of the recent (and not so recent) crime occuring in the park. Just to put that thought out there. That Caylee might have been a vicitm of the same perpertrator.

But, of course, I can be very wrong  ::MonkeyHaHa:: So I wish Leonard and the divers well -- and hopefully they can 'rule it in' or 'rule it out'.

I hope searches will continue in the other areas identified (by OCSO, LE and KCJackie).

With the 3 ring circus going on in Blanchard -- it is certainly enough of a distraction that other search teams can be taking care of business without an audience.

This is my hope.

I think there will be more as it goes on. Possibly there are that many but some not until tomorrow...if needed. It would make sense to put in shifts. Also...there is no way for safety reasons numerous divers could work at the same time with possibility of gators and disturbing the water to search since it is not the bet conditions. They would be stirring up a mess.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- For the second time in four days, divers will search a river at an Orlando park for missing Caylee Anthony.

Celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said on Thursday that a team of about 40 divers associated with Blackwater Divers will search one-mile area for the girl's remains in the Little Econ River at Blanchard Park.

The search, which will also utilize sonar equipment, is expected to take hours to conduct.

A two-man dive team organized by Padilla searched the same river on Monday but did not find anything. Padilla, who held a prayer vigil for Caylee at the park on Tuesday, had said that he would be leaving Orlando after the service.

Caylee, 3, was last seen in mid-June but was not reported missing until mid-July. Her mother, Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in her daughter's disappearance.

CASEY'S ATTORNEY MAKES NEW DEMANDS

Casey Anthony's defense attorney made more demands Thursday in the case against Casey. Jose Baez says the jail is unfairly forbidding him from bringing his laptop computer into the jail to work on the case. He wants a judge to order the jail to allow him to do it, but the jail says that is against its policy.

Baez also wants all the paperwork associated with the forensic testing that the FBI did in the case and to personally inspect the hairs that the FBI tested.
