I believe they are limited with their cross examination questions.

Considering what they tried with Amy, to call him back for the defense - IMHO, its a rather ridiculous move.

I don't think they should open those cans in open court.  Not in the courtroom at least.  It is a horrible smell.  I've had to deal with this many times in doing clean-up after crimes. 

Now if the jury request that the cans be open then they should be taken to a private area for this.

I think the jury needs a field trip to the car....... kinda like OJ's jury went to the Bundy residence. The can should be opened there, IMO.

ITA CBB..I really don't expect that they will open the can in the courtroom....they will probably do it outside of the room.

Can you imagine the time and money it would take to rid the courtroom of that smell so the trial could continue?

That's BS! There are attys all over the place in there and no need to serve him in that manner. The defense is just low-lifing and trying to rattle him while he's testifying.

Janet, I can't say for everyone, but the first time I smelled it, I just "knew" what it was, even though I had not smelled it before and didn't see the source. I ran out and got help. It's very unique. So, it might help. Maybe.
