I see that Steve Croes and Strawberry look a lot of like if you took Strawberries little mustash and glasses and put them on Steve.  Their noses, ears, color, eyes look the same to me..  They are girl magnets for sure..

Klaas:  I just emailed you another pic of the VDS gate.  The cesspool could not be under concrete. I cannot believe that the entire VDS property is within the confines of the fenced in section with all the buildings hugging the property line.

Didn't Steve Croes have a step brother who died during the last year?  His mother's son possibly by another marriage?

I wonder how many of them there are who look like this because there is that Quincey as well.   Shocked

My guess for cesspool location is under the "o" in house near the fence.  See the metal cover?

Ah, you are the sender of the picture, lol  Laughing   Thanks!

Red was there with TES searching the neighbors cesspool.  I would think that if the VDS cesspool was that far from their property line TES would have searched it as well.  I could be wrong.

Well, don't know what to tell you on that one.  Granny Toad could explain.  Think rather deep well sealed off by several, I would estimate 6-8 inches of lipids.  Sort of like the wax on top of some jellies and jams?  Pipes enter under the lipid seal for odor containment.
