Just for interest sake regarding the tow truck driver and tow yard. 

Gary Ridgeway towed the car, hooked it up from the back, was just getting over a cold, didn’t smell anything….

Simon Birch, “A car sits here for two weeks I start paying a little bit of attention to it.  I’m curious as to maybe why it was here for two weeks.  You know, is it a piece of junk?  You know, pull the sheet.  Why was it towed?  I knew this was a removal.  Uhm, I had  noticed a smell after about two weeks, emanating from the car on one occasion. I really didn’t think anything of it.  We get cars in here with garbage in them, fish in them all, all the time.”

  I let a dead squirrel lay at the edge of my yard this past week for the sole purpose of checking out the scent in this heat.(hubby was not happy)
Now a squirrel doesn't smell like a human,but you know I worked with what I had.  No way that man didn't smell something if he got close to Casey's car.
He either has damaged nerves that affect his sense of smell or He got cash shoved up his nose like A1 said. 

I think we're working on the wrong tangent. As I recall, the tow guy DID say the car stunk, he remembered cos he had to tow a guy's car who had committed suicide. I believe the part where he "says" he didn't smell anything is coming from Cindy, who marched her "persuasive" ass over to his shop, and ACCORDING TO CINDY, the guy said he didn't smell anything.

I'm sure this is all in some record somewhere, but today is a day I can barely remember my name, so can't reference it. Sorry bout that.

Hiya Tevye, Cindy threw a fit with the tow owner, not the driver. The poor driver probably wasn't there at the time the Ants came to pick it up. If he was there, I bet he was hiding in one of the impounded cars. 

Just last night I read the police interviews with both the tow truck driver and the man who released the car at the tow yard to George and Cindy.  From what I recall the tow truck driver claimed he didn't smell anything when  he towed the car but he had a really bad cold and wasn't smelling anything.  The man who released the car to George at the tow yard DID smell the odor and even commented how he's smelled that odor before because he's been in the business for 20 years and has dealt with cars where there has been a deceased person in the car.  He gave a specific example of a car in the towyard where someone had commited suicide.  He was also the person who took the trash bag out of the trunk and threw it over the fence at the towyard.  A little sidenote that I found interesting in this interview is the George apologized to him several times over for Cindy's behavior.  This shows that she is just a "wild maniac" in general since she didn't have confirmation that Caylee was missing (murdered) at this time.  If I recall correctly she threw her hissy fit before even getting to the car and smelling the odor.  I'm sure she suspected something wasn't right but she didn't know for sure at this time.
