If HaLeigh is found alive (unfortunatly i dont believe she is) i know she would have her happy reunion with her much missed family...

but, in all that we have learned about her family, to me they seem unfit to rasie children, do you think she would be taken by cps?

I'm holding out against the odds that's she alive.... I don't know about cps taking her, I don't have much faith in that organization.   I would hope something definitely would be ordered by the court, but don't know what.  They leave children with unfit parents all the time it seems.

No she will go right back where she was imo.  ITA w/Bud'sGirl.  Unfit parents are everywhere and win all the time with the courts.

Of those arrested last night (that are showing in booking), none sound familiar.  Betcha they went to private channel on scanner, nothing more was heard about it.  Didn't even hear the reports given back on those called in.   ::MonkeyConfused::

Ya know, if any of em were arrested, it might be that they are gonna let em sit for 72 hours without 'booking em danno'.  Seems to me anyway, that some get arrested, arrange for release, sit sit sit, and on the 70th hour, get booked and released at near to the same time.  How else can it be?  One guy yesterday was booked and released in SEVEN minutes!!

Hello, just wanted to come here and post a e-mail I got from the astrologist that I have refered to in here a couple of times, I wrote her and asked her top redo her chart because she did one at the very beginning of this case and alot of new stuff has come out since then....some things that wasnt known when she did this reading of the charts....I dont know anything about this klind of stuff but when I read her blog it just held my attention for some reason so...anyway she wrote me back anmd I just wanted to come here and share what she wrote with everyone.....

Hey, thanks for reading my blog!  The Cummings case is huge right now and I think they are finally on the right track.  But as far as the chart goes, new information doesn't change a thing.  I don't read from my own perspective and try to keep opinions out of it because I want the charts to tell me.  What they told me is in the post.  Nothing ever changes with Astrology unless the original time and date changes.  But hopefully they find out what Misty did that night and where Haleigh is very soon.  The charts clearly show that Haleigh was with Misty until late and neither of them was home.

A reader alerted me today to a story out of Gainsville which she read about on True Crime Report. Clint Horvatt tells a horrific story of being out with his fiancee last Friday afternoon to go shopping when she asked him to pull over because she recognized a truck that needed help on the side of the road. But what happened next is perplexing. They pulled over, and instead of getting out to help the guy, he came to them, robbed them and shot Horvatt's fiancee, Summer Smith, in the head. She died later that day.

I'm beginning to think a lot of NG's programs even on a daily basis are recorded early in the day at least in part, and it's rarely ever actually live.  So much of air time is taken up with repeated repeats of clips.   And her bombshells have already detonated sometimes by a whole day by time she gets them on air "live".

So true BG...her intro every night drives me nuts, but each nigh I keep turning on her show thinking This Might be the night she has something.. I wished there was someone else that would cover these cases... I am tankful she keeps these precious little ones names in the news,.....but I so wish someone else would do it...

Me toooo.  Someone, anyone.  Mike Galanos would be great to step up to prime time, and I also like Mike Brooks.   Greta VS used to cover all these cases, and I way prefer to watch her but haven't even turned her program on for a long time.  It seemed like she either quit completely covering them or just had a blip.

I am very disappointed with NG recently. Reruns, rehashes of old information.
I am usually home when her show is on, so I will have it on even if I'm not in there looking. Her ratings must be down and she needs to cover some other stories in a more in depth intelligent way. I was a hard core Nancy fan
but the shine is off. I dislike most of her guest commentators who really are not up to date on any of the details like we are. Except for Kathi Bellich.
JVM is just as bad. Dislike that Guardian Angel guy's comments on anything.

Misty Cummings' Mother Extradited On Forgery Charges

A Tennessee court decided this week that Misty Cummings' mother, Lisa Croslin, will be returned to Florida after a warrant was issued for her arrest on charges of forgery.

Misty Cummings baby-sat Haleigh Cummings before the girl's disappearance in February.

Croslin is accused of stealing a check from her former Putnam County neighbor before she moved to Tennessee.

Hank Croslin Jr., Misty's brother, is accused of stealing a gun from the same neighbor.

Is Teresa Neves the Real Enabler of Misty?

Teresa Neves managed to outmaneuver Nancy Grace last night. She was so slick that it kind of makes you wonder whether she is more of an enabler of Misty, than Ronald Cummings is.


A few days ago, in Haleigh Cummings – Nancy Disgraced, which has just been updated with a link to an EXCLUSIVE video, I pointed out that Nancy Grace had made a major blunder when she claimed that Misty Cummings had ran off after Ronald Cummings had thrown her clothes out on the lawn.

Well, Nancy just announced that Misty is back in town. It was not that big a deal, Teresa explains to Grace. It was no firestorm actually, just a nice little vacation for Misty with Ron and Junior. Teresa Neves ended her interview by outmaneuvering Nancy Grace once again with a sharp parting comment. Ouch! Maybe Nancy had better rethink her sources of information: Art Harris and Tj Hart.

Teresa’s little planned vacation was so successful that it makes you kind of wonder who is enabling Misty more: Ronald Cummings or Teresa Neves? For somebody allegedly broken up over the lost of Haleigh, she apparently thinks that a little rest and relaxation is exactly what Misty needed.

Not that good. I put my maiden name in. It put me in a state I'v never lived in.The only good thing, it shaved about 20 years off my age. My maiden name is not that commen either.

Ron and his family have never been forthcoming about anything in the media. I am thinking that they come on these shows just like the Anthony family did, to throw suspicion on others and in the beginning to get donations as missing children pull on the heartstrings.   
Maybe they want some FAKE sightings. Maybe Haleigh is in PR with Caylee.
There have been three different stories as to WHO picked Haleigh up from the bus that day. Still have a choice of a or b or c.
The info about the three day bender that Misty went on came I believe from the boards. Then Art Harris and Cobra were down there and found out it was true. They got the names of who she was with and interviewed these druggies. In fact, I can't think of any true info that came from the family.

The maiden name search intelius is good for the Neves, Cummings and Shires clans, I found those guys in the search.

It shows property and helps fill in the puzzle. It isn't perfect that for sure.

Two Arrested for Stealing Prescription Drugs
2009-10-1 by: Lt. Johnny Greenwood

 PALATKA – Thursday morning, 10/01, two Palatka men were arrested on robbery and drug possession charges. Deputies from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Weaver Road, Palatka, to a reported robbery. Deputies met with the 25 year-old victim who reported that he was sleeping on his couch when he awoke to find two individuals inside the residence. One of the individuals he knew by the nickname of “Lumpy”. After a brief conversation, the individuals grabbed a bottle of Roxycodone from an end table and fled the residence. The subjects jumped into a blue Toyota truck and drove away.

A truck matching the description as the one described by the victim was located at a restaurant in Palatka. Sergeant James Edgar, Deputy David Roe, and Deputy Lisa Ledbetter detained the two males who were occupying the vehicle. The victim was escorted to the location and identified the two males in the vehicle as being the individuals that had stolen his medication. The two subjects were identified as 20 year-old Joseph Picard, and 20 year-old James Akers. Deputies located the stolen medication inside the truck.

Just popping in to say a quick hi.  Grandsons are here tonight and I have finally wrestled the computer away from them.  But I did need a break from it all.  Just a quick review of last couples pages tells me no good news yet on Haleigh.  That's so sad.  I keep hoping LE is on the track to breaking this case.  So much about it confuses me.  I'm praying LE has got a scenario that they feel confident about and that they are just waiting to get that last piece of the puzzle in place before they start stabbing each piece onto the board with some force and assurance. 

I don't know what happened February 9/10 ... and am almost beyond speculating .. but I just pray we'll all have an answer soon.  Sometimes I wonder if Misty might have actually told the truth in at least a general way and that she really does not know what happened to Haleigh.  If that's true, I can't imagine the torment.  But I think she at least has some "guilty knowledge" since then and that is perhaps why she's flunked polys.  And I think if she has "guilty knowledge," then so does Ron.  Somehow they appear to be in this together. 

I have to say for 16/17 years old, she's apparently one tough nut to crack.  How does a 17-year-old get to be that way?  I'd have never had that forbearance against the full force of the law when I was her age.  So, she might be evil, but at the least, she's a very interesting child. 

As I said, I'm totally confused.  Neither Misty nor Ron seem to exhibit any serious interest in finding Haleigh at this point.  Why?????  Let's hope LE knows why and is just not saying yet.

Meantime, as others have mentioned, it seems our only source of coverage of this mess is NG and her sensationalist reporting.  Back in the day, I thought CourtTV was a godsend for all of us who get caught up by crimes of this magnitude.  Everything that has happened at that network over the past couple years has told me that the only thing that matters is ratings.  They and what is now HLN may claim to care, but it all rings false to me.  If they really cared, they'd cover "crime news" as it really is .. and not just feed the cult of personality that they do!!!

K.  that's my two cents ... mostly out of disappointment that no one yet has stepped up to be the voice for Haleigh ... except perhaps a few Monkeys!

140 Lortabs = 28 day supply allowing for 5 pill a day or approx. 1pill every 4 to 6 hours.  Standard dose for pain management but regular general physicians only give a 3-5 or 10 day supply.  Pain docs are the goldmine business in Central and South Florida.  There is one every two or three blocks down there.

Hank is probably angry that someone stole 140 loratabs he could make out very well selling those on the street.

Absotively right...$5 to $7 a pop.  He's just out of jail and needs money.  But knowing him someone gave him money to go to the doc and he owes that person and is now claiming they are gone so he can keep them himself.  I know waaayyyyy too many horrible people.  If I keep posting what I know about those kind of peeps it's gonna look bad too. lol  Lots of drug activity in my NW FL area too.  Pharmacist from up here won't even look at a script from down south because of the quantity.  All this makes it so bad for the people who actually need pain management.  It's so sad!

TJ Hart did say that last week when he and TN was on Nancy Grace, Misty was in the green room.  Misty rode in the limo with TN and TJ.

"Tony McCauley, director of human resources for PDM Bridge, said Cummings' bosses never heard from him following Haleigh's disappearance Feb. 10. McCauley said Cummings could have asked for a leave of absence.

"That never happened," he said from company headquarters in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. "Without that happening, at some point they filled his position. He was released."

Cummings operated a rolling crane at the plant north of Palatka. He was not a longtime employee. "We still have a great deal of sympathy for Mr. Cummings and his family and certainly hope for the best," McCauley said.

it doesn't look good to dcf if they find out you have had your child around a murderer for 8 months... maybe they are trying to save face for when that happens so they can say well we stopped letting her around the one she didn't kill/let die when we figured out she did it... imo if misty is charged then crystal will def have the upper hand for jr custody

I have a question when ron tells tim that if misty had anything to do with haleigh being gone. And he showed him the gun. And said he would kill misty and a few other people and then his self. Do u think that maybe he would hurt jr to keep him away from crystal. And who would the other people that he would take out? And isn't illegal to have that kind of gun. And if so wouldn't crystal be able to get jr or try just because he has that gun. And because the police believe misty is lieing wouldn't it seem like they would give custody to crystal. Atleast for safety reasons. Just wondering what you guys think.

It's true that it is Voluntary Pre-K in Florida ... and it is free.  I don't know what criteria is needed for DCF to be involved in Jr.'s life, but it would seem that having your sister kidnapped and potentially murdered is good enough criteria ... especially after the step-mother, a 17-year-old child herself, has admitted to drug use.  And with DCF come all kinds of rules and "programs" to prove you are a responsible parent.  I've had some personal experience with this as family members of mine are now forced to comply with DCF's demand that they enroll children in daycare, take parenting classes, take anger management classes, take drug rehab classes, etc., etc.  I'm thinking this would apply to both Crystal and Ron ... and to Misty.  This, by the way, includes urine tests .. and they test for "levels" of drugs, so if you have a prescription but are taking excess pills, they can tell by the level of the prescribed drug in your urine.  Head shops do sell "flush" kits that can help you test clean, but a surprise visit by DCF can catch you unawares.  Other things DCF looks for ... kids have to have their own beds; there have to be decent groceries in the fridge; house has to be reasonably clean; no evidence of allowing children to do reckless or harmful activities (such as playing adult violent video games).  Spousal violence can get a kid removed, so no smacking the wife around.  It appears to me that Jr.'s got to qualify for intervention from DCF.  Let's hope so.  But, as always, it depends on the DCF worker how closely the child is monitored.  With the national coverage Haleigh's case is receiving, I have to believe DCF is monitoring everything that happens in Ron's, Crystal's and Misty's life.   Let's just hope so!!!
