I have never seen this guy before and I thought I was pretty up to date with this case..hmm
and why is Cindy texting a minor against her guardians wishes??
I dont think the dept that licenses nurses in Fla. would look very kindly upon ALL of Cindy's activities.... I already filed a complaint against her license

This news is getting upstaged by all the other new developments today, but I thought it was interesting:

Local 6 is reporting (not up on their website yet) that Dakota's grandma is or has filed an injunction to get Cindy to stop texting and emailing D.

This is the 12-year old that organized a vigil for Caylee, that Casey started emailing when she first got out, then ended up in the hospital after the forensic evidence came out.

I don't think he's particularly credible either, and that's why I'm wondering why on earth they're flying out!

Maybe a deal was worked out with that bail money that Casey would talk only if they provided the money up front. They reneged on that so maybe these could be additional charges with the money that was lost on their part.

Sorry for being ignorant here, but I don't understand about the money being "lost".  I thought the money would be returned as long as Casey showed up for court.  So whoever put up the bond this time, will get their money back if she shows up,  Since Casey went back to jail and THEN the Padilla's reneged, why wouldn't they get ALL of their money back?

The last time the little zipper cricket was arrested, she looked kinda big in the tummy and some peeps were wondering if she might be pregnant.  She doesn't look pregnant here.  Must have been gassy from Cinday's macaroni and cheese that LP loves so much.
