Actually I'm pretty sure JCPennys does have weights, they do have a fitness equipment area.

Edited to add:  Finding something to weight down a body is easy.  I lean more towards gas cans filled with rocks.

They found a rope with something heavy attached to it and when they tried to pull it up, the something came off.  I am trying to find out where now.

Ppssstt  Miss Kitty....over here...shhh if they tell you where the rope was discovered the Anthony "not-me" might go and get it before Tim has a chance to get a hold of it.

So LP says that JC Penny's (Fashion Square Mall?) has alot to do with when and where Caylee was disposed of. I'm racking my brain trying to figure out the how part.

No, new clothes are nothing compared to photos of her partying at Fusion. There has to be something at Penny's that would definitely point to KC murdering her child! What the heck do they sell there that could incriminate her? I'm sure the timeline too has a lot to do with it. Like buying cement shoes the day your daughter disappears, but those went out of style in the 70's with Hoffa!

How about a LARGE suitcase to use as a coffin for Caylee?

Very interesting except for the fact that her Dad got his hands on the cans before she could use them for that.  So she would be forced to find another means...bring in the JCP card for the weights and suitcase....

I don't shop there either but, I walk threw there when i'm in the mall to get to my car..So i have looked around..I thought i might have it confused with sears. That's another store with close parking

One thing that has bothered me for a long time was when the webcam's were being monitored & it was reported that JB picked up KC late in the night iirc like after 11:30 PM & it really wasn't discussed as to when she returned or how long their night time visit was held & to myself I thought hmmmmmm, is this where they establish some type of pattern for when she tries to FLEE?

Is LE not tracking her movements?  And wouldn't her leaving the house at that time been a violation of her bond?

Yes it should have been but I had no reason to disbelieve the people who were reporting what they were seeing when they were watching the webcams & nothing happened.  The, iirc first time she went on her visit to her attorney's office she was late coming back to the home by the ordered time, nothing happened.  The signer's on her bond were not to have weapons on the property, GA had a weapon in the wheel well of his automobile that was garaged in an attached garage, against the provisions of the bond, nothing happened.  So I just thought when this totally weird behavior of an attorney taking off in a car at a completely inappropriate time of the night just like all the other times, nothing was done but it also could have been a trial run of whether she was under surveillance or establishing that it had been done before & nothing happened so what would be the big deal, that kind of thing.

I do realize that there are rules, but all too often the rules are not strictly enforced & we know there are always those type of people who believe that rules are made to be broken, no big deal & in this instance there is certainly many more than one being that fits that mold involved.

Yesterday by one of the independent search groups.  They claim to have told LE and TES will search the area with better equipment when they arrive.

Would casey be so stupid as to buy a suitcase at JCP's?  Wow, it they found Caylee in one, that would be the nail in the coffin so to speak.  Cindy already knows what she purchased that day, if it was a suitcase..how did casey explain THAT to her??  She knows..they all know.
