Am I the only one who thinks the jury was tampered with or does everyone think they were just idiots (or both).  I swear I just know that any day now we'll hear of how they got to the jury!

In trying to make sense of the outrageous verdict, I thought possible jury tampering.

But I also think:  1.  The prosecution presented a disturbing, sad story of a remorseless, evil "thing" who viciously killed her daughter.
 The defense presented a story of an unfortunate drowning, a dysfunctional family and nothing sinister on behalf of the defendant.....just a liar and a slore.    The jury chose the least horrible scenario, voted NG, as if the truth and what really happened would change because of their decision.   It seems they felt better if they believed Caylee drowned instead of suffering a horrible death. 

2.  These lazy idiots just wanted to go home to enjoy the rest of the summer and vacation.   If these 12 people really did not read newspapers or watch tv like they said, that tells me that they are not much interested in community happenings and in social issues and therefore not having the intestinal fortitude to stand up for Justice even though it takes time and energy to see it through.  They did not have the courage to vote guilty and stay for the punishment phase.

If you owned a perfectly good car, that you believe had a stain before it was purchased, and then had a stinky garbage bag in the trunk for a few days but the stinky carpet had been removed, why would you crush/destroy it? 

Maybe you lied about the contents of the car.

Yep, especially when you have no job and could use the cash from the sale of it but just like everything else involving Caylee's death, they destroyed the evidence as soon as they got possession of it, from cleaning out the trunk, washing everything in it to cremating Caylee's remains. But they knew Caylee was in that trunk which is very telling actually because if they thought Caylee drowned in the pool, that would be destroyed by now too. JMO

Is Todd the sole owner of the plane?  Is there anyway to trace who actually owns it?  Usually in these cases a group of attorneys might own the plane to use for business and pleasure.  I realize he isn't practicing law anylonger..but he obviously is still using the plane.  Maybe he owns it and rents it out to others.  Or maybe he just owns a share of it..

I'm still undecided if this continued break from their spawn is part of the charade or if they will also cast her aside by telling the world how stunned and hurt they were....could be a combo of the two. Get as much mileage as they can on the "felon hurt us" train and then play out the "therapeutic we forgive you" crap.  This saga clued me in that there really are evil people in our world. Not the night stalking, blood dripping types but the black souled kind that can callously forget a grandchild and then reduce her to being their meal ticket.
Is there such a thing as a sociopathic  gene or family?  It sure appears that the A's are all terribly flawed, damaged.

As to TMZ, I've never had anything against them, would watch them from time to time for entertainment purposes and see what celebs are up but now, have no use for them since they had those pics of Casey, she is not a celeb and they shouldn't be treating her as one nor paying her to act like one. I've always known TMZ was a sleazy production but this reeks of lowlife bottom feeders. JMO

Some attorneys will do pro bono (free) work, in order to get the publicity and build up their practice.  Lippman doesn't look like he's very old and is probably still trying to build up his practice....he's sure gotten an invaluable amount of advertisement and everyone knows his name.  Even if he doesn't charge the A's a penney....he will get lots of other work out of this - work he probably wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

No Beth, I can not believe that God made 24 of the biggest  idiots on the face of the earth as jurors on both OJ's case and Casey's case appeared  to be. I think promises were made and I truly believe that Bozo and company somehow got to them before trial and made promises to them of a free pass to Disney and possible they would make more money with a NG verdict then with a guilty one,

I dont think anyone could prepare anyone with the way the World reacted to her aquiltial and I just love how the jurors that have talked says we didnt say she was "innocent".
I blame a lot of this on JP, he let Bozo and team get away with everything it seemed like in court and he should of never never promised the jurors they would be home in time to go on vacation etc.
With the OJ's trial not everyone had a computer and internet at home so it wasn't that bad of boycotts or anything, with Casey the world has a voice and they are speaking for Caylee.

I just keep signing pititions and boycotting everything to do with Casey and her family.
