i dont think the judge will look too kindly on Ms Piggy saying, "if the judge follows the law" those charges will be dismissed.

 

This Judge has absolute rule, doncha think that Lawyers would know not to piss him off or indicate that he does not know as much about the law as they do???

 

I think the judge needs to spanke'em good.

OMG!! I couldnt even blame Jerry Springer! The Ants and Conway would be PERFECT for his show!! Hopefully some people from their past come on and reveal freaky things and chairs get thrown (at Cindy!)

Asked why casey waited to call police and partied Biden replied because people do stupid things.  Asked since casey lied to police what is the real story Jose said it will all come out at trial if there is a trial!

Casey Anthony's attorneys Jose Baez and Linda Kenney Baden took their defense of her to NBC's "Today" this morning.

The headline? You've probably heard it all before, but take your pick:

*** Matt Lauer asked what's the truth in the case. Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.

"The truth will come out at trial -- if we get to that point," Baez said.

*** Lauer asked why Anthony waited for a month to report her child was missing.

"People do stupid things," Baden said, adding that people have to go by the "hard evidence."

*** About that hard evidence ... Baden said nothing connects Anthony to the crime scene. Baez said prosecutors lack the forensic evidence for first-degree-murder and aggravated-child-abuse charges.

I agree..BOBO has just let the cat out of the bag..when push comes to shove, all the motions they can use have been used...they will plea her out.

do you think that she will have a lot of jail time? I hope that she is an old broad by the time she gets out if they do plea her out! I really don't care if she spends the rest of her life in jail...as long as she doesn't ever see outside of her prison cell will be fine with me..then she can get harassed every day in prison... grrrrrr

Usually when a capitol case is plead out for murder 1...you get LWOP and no appeals to that sentence.   I still think no matter how the case goes (trialor plea)  SHE'LL GET LWOP.

So they have probably been working on a plea deal to present later. Meanwhile they are wasting time, money and destroying many peoples lives, while waiting on the right time to spring this on the courts!!

They are all so arragant i cant see them accepting a plea deal for LWOP. Especially when Casey thinks she will be back home next year. Whatever deal she gets, whether its 25 years, there should be no time out for good behavior.

LKB skirted when asked if the third hair could have come from a CSI or other LE working with the evidence case.  Oct 2 images of team Bobo swaying the publics understanding of the case to create doubt about what is the doc dumps.  Bobo did not look happy that LKB took over answering most of the questions.  Guess her book tour is not going so well?
