Yes, I do remember this, whatever happened with the mom, child neglect or was the other child taken away. Could be Casey read about this case.
I'm not sure I know they were trying to take the older boy away, but I think she ended up getting him back. I believe she never was convicted of anything. Let me see what I can find out.

Thanks Willen - you've been a great help with the Nancy Grace shows.  Hopefully tomorrow NG will have something on Caylee again.  I'm assuming her producers have told her to do something else for a while.

Oh wow!  I remember that case!  Mom was living w/ the children's father and had this boyfriend on the side.  I wish Elian had been found.
