Most definitely.  I believe that KC will easily be convicted of her other crimes.  Right now it looks like the defense is preparing for her defense by claiming she is bipolar.  The memo that NG discussed tonight sounded like it was copied straight from the DSM IV's definition of bipolar disorder. 
I pray the TES finds Caylee so this game can end.  This little girl needs to finally rest and given a proper burial.

I am a therapist and have worked with DCF in Florida.  Yes, it is a felony to give a child a sedative without an MD's approval or prescription. 
I personally believe Casey was working as an escort and was drugging Caylee.

I have often thought the same thing.  I haven't decided if she was working as an escort or an independent, but I think she did drug Caylee while she was working.  She stole a lot, but she didn't work for two years and still she managed to have money coming from somewhere.  Zany could have been Xanax or the chloroform.   Thanks for the info about the sedative.

I believed this from the start of the case.  I think it is just a gut feeling that I have regarding her work as an escort.  I think the computer records even indicated searches for escort services.  I would be very surprised if this did not turn out to be the case.

Did the report say Bipolar?  Bipolar isn't a disorder that can be tested for.  It is usually arrived at after lots of therapy and input from significant others.  Does anyone know if she ever had a bipolar diagnosis prior to Caylee disappearing?  Does anyone know if she ever had medication for a bipolar disorder?

Unfortunately Hudsunn ... I think they are going to claim that Caylee died as a result of an accident and Casey "lost it" ... "went crazy" ... aka "erratic behavior"

What I don't understand is the Casey "baby pictures" ... personally I think they ought to do side by side pics ... baby pics coupled with Fusian pics .... the smiles look the same to me!  Real ... not the "cheezy ones" you see when pictured with Caylee ...

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Cindy Anthony can't stand to hear that Caylee is dead and, when she saw it online, she tracked down the author and threatened her. The victim remembered every word.

The threatening phone call was so disturbing that the victim filed a complaint with deputies. But when Eyewitness News confronted Cindy on Wednesday about her behavior, she denied everything.

I have had the same gut feeling.  She certainly did have money to party and buy clothes.  The money had to be coming from somewhere and she didn't have a job.  Cindy paid for a lot with Caylee, but I doubt that she covered all of Casey's expenses, too.  Cindy and George thought Casey was working.
