I really don't think there is much new....there are things that we have, for whatever reason, not seen...but I sure hope I am wrong!!

I keep having visions of LDB and JA with this huge gotcha moment come trial, but I know that can't and won't happen, but it's fun thinking about it! 

I'd love to see that too....a huge Perry Mason moment!

Hi Gizzie!!!!  Long time no see.  Thanks for the update on docs being released Friday I hope we get some new info. The TES info might be interesting it seems Baez & Co have laid off on that angle lately.

re: the motion Klaas posted...note on i. re: Dr. Spitz - first of all he is about 80 yo and he perforated his bowel with a chicken bone and had to have emergency surgery..so I would be JP gives him time on this one....I hope JP goes expert by expert and not just a blanket ruling.

I do to Sassy....need some new info to keep us on point....Justice for Caylee ...do love to see that they finally admitted Dr. Lee would not be testifying....that came as no surprise. The newest motion for more time is a joke.....however I'll JP will give them some extra time....'in the sake of justice and to ensure the case goes to trial in May'....you know I almost choked typing that!

I think they will get the extra time, too.   Does anyone know if Koby is still going to testify for the defense?    He was named in the beginning but we haven't seen much of him for a long time.   I'm glad Dr. Lee is out.

What bothers me about the people Baez turned to, is the caliber and reputation of those people.

I agree with you, Bearly; the caliber of people Baez is relying on speaks volumes about this case, IMO. I think it's hard to get and keep reputable people to be part of the defense when the client's guilty.
