I have to admit.. I was borderline believing that George may have lied about having an affair with her.  Now... I totally think she's making it up for her 15 minutes.  What a nut!

yup, she said the prosecution had other texts that they did not want released.  Sorry, but the dufense would have been all over that if true

I don't like what Vinnie said.  Said Krystal's testimony is important because if the jury believe her they may find reasonable doubt and that it was a accident.  Vinnie KNOWS the judge gave an instruction that Krystal's testimony was not to be considered for the grounds of an accident.

I'm sure they knew each other. I do remember reading a depo that mentioned KC met friends at TGIF.

Like that snarky comment she threw in while on the stand - something about - I expected to be treated better since I was sleeping with George.

got arrested for one traffic ticket as she argued with the cop
challenges anyone to check her background for anything criminal
gave Geo because he told her he could not get a job, pay his bills or eat
gave him cash
told the police to get her bank records
even though they were sleeping together she gave him the money
she feels sorry for Geo
has nothing to say to Geo

Good evening, everyone!  Isn't it ironic that Cindy chose to wear black & white stripes today in court?  She may need to get used to wearing stripes pretty soon...no joking.  If Cindy pleads the 5th and her testimony is thrown out, then all of her "helpful" statements for Casey get thrown out too.  Cindy may be booked for an extended tour on the cruise ship Prison before this is over. I wonder if Gentiva or their insurance carrier can/will sue for back Disability, due to fraud. If you're well enough to conduct interviews, home tours for reporters, manage a Foundation, conduct fundraisers, attend numerous court sessions, and strategize to throw a court case, I'm thinking you're well enough to answer phone calls and emails, fill out paperwork, and supervise nurses.  I also wonder if the IRS or the state of Florida frown on Disability payment fraud?  Lesson learned:  "Whatever a man sows, that will he also reap."  As for her rumored book deal, who wants to buy a book from a proven liar with little to no credibility?  If Casey's public enemy #1 in FL, Cindy's running for #2.  JMO

Baez is asking the judge if he can serve a subpoena to the Gentiva guy that is going to testify for the state. The judge says they can. Frank George said that the guy from Gentiva said that he can't get the records for the defense till next Thursday due to the 3 day weekend.  The judge said it is what it is and court is recessed until tomorrow morning.

Does this mean they will wait to give the case to the jury until these records can be retrieved?  I have run out of words for CA.

NO, the judge said at the close today for the jury to expect to start deliberations on Sunday. 

The DT just wanted a long weekend. They don't like to work and I bet they thought they could stall the trial. Not only did they know Cindy would lie on the stand about the computer searches, I think they instructed her to do so....MOO
