Most people don't refer to bamboo as grass, though, do they?  My grandma has bamboo in her front yard, and we never called it grass.

Since I was hanging out on that branch with you....for the record, one of them wasn't from me.  I don't blame a lot of people for falling for Sindy's crapola...even I did for a few seconds....but then I remembered all of the other roller coaster rides they had us on.  Leopards don't change their spots.  Liars don't wake up one morning and decide to tell the truth.  IMO

Those kind of people are what I call "hypocrites" and they are not attributed to any one religion, but found equally distributed around the world. They attend church weekly, throw a 20 in the plate and think they are good to go out and do just about anything they want because they are "good Christians" for going to church...JMHO

If she is so deceived she thinks God will forgive her for a "deliberate sin" then she needs to read that Bible some more. I would suggest this for her.

I've been thinking about that a lot lately.  Caylee asks...You tired papa?    Until recently, I always thought of Caylee showing compassion for her ggf.  More and more I wonder if it wasn't because she constantly heard that from Casey....You tired Caylee??   Then out like a light....

You have to keep complete medical records (entire chart) for a minimum of 6 years, if you accept Medicare. The company would have the active charts on any dates in question.

I so totally agree with this............I have felt from the beginning they all were guilty to one degree or another.

I wish JSM was here.  I know there is a certain LONG timeframe that medical records need to be kept. If Rosebud was at work, and did anything with patients it is YEARS that those details have to be kept. A lot longer than 3 yrs I believe. 

I think Medicare is 5 years, Medicaid I think varies from state to state. CBB, probably knows more about it than I do Northern

when it is all said and done i don't care about the chloroform or the decomp chemicals in the car.  having the witnesses testify to the smell and the facts surrounding how the baby was found tell enough of the story.  Throw on top of that Casey's actions after the fact and the videos of Casey from the jail and I think you get first degree murder.

it is heartbreaking to me that at 2.5 she showed more concern for another human being than I have seen out of Casey throughout this entire saga. She was a sweet little thing and I'm sure in a great place now
