I mentioned this last night, does anyone think that Casey knew Baez before her arrest?  I do!!

I think he knew her before!  He isn't doing it for free.  Maybe he waiting for the the big movie/payoff.  But he came in the picture awfully quickly.  She had no money.  He dotes a lot of attention to her.  They seem a little to comfortable with eachother. Just leaves me suspicious.  Could he have been one of her customers - if the rumors are true??  Somebody is financially helping her!  WHY? WHO?

Thank-you so much Brandi, really appreciate your hard work. I've been wondering who was taking these pics. Someone mentioned Casey's cell pings were in the area of the owner of Fusion, in the early morning hours. That man who lived at Sawgrass, Cassanova, I think his name is, I wonder if he was involved with the pic taking. Also, early on the photographer who took the fusion pics, I believe he was on Nancy Grace. I really would like to know who was all involved with these pics, I wonder how many of Casey's friends are in these pics. But the most puzzeling to me is, why have we not heard more about the pics and participants.

Well I don't know if you guys think I'm a perv or something because a lot of you have seen this site and saw her pictures... I just want to see if they look liker her or not, after my post I read back and saw that you cannot post a link, so I emailed Klaas... I hope you guys don't think badly of me, I just wanted to  give my opinion on the likeness of the pictures...

Sorry for the confusion, I love this site, and it seems that I may give off the wrong impression... I am a mother of the five year old twins in my picture, and this case has touched my heart, I think mostly because I am a young mother also, 24 years, so I think it is horrible someone could harm their own child...

Even having the pic confirmed to be KC, I still can't connect it to this trial. Many individuals in the p**n industry have children. I don't see how that can be connected to the death of a child.. the reason seems to be elswhere... proof that she's done p**n pic's..isn't proof that she killed Caylee...I'm really lost on that...seems like just some tabloid news

Please don't flame me...I do think she's guilty and should be locked up for life, I just see Baez getting the pic's thrown out as a non-issue

ITA, Sea. Plenty of people work in the sex industry yet manage to protect their kids. Unless there's something in the background of a picture that establishes time of death or is in some other way directly relevant to the case, I don't see how the pictures are evidence.  They might even work in defense's favor, by establishing that Casey is a victim of sexual abuse. 34% of sex workers are incest survivors.

Hey everyone...I'm catching up..but, I believe HigherHopes posted something last night about LE being able to tie together cholorforming Caylee while KC was posing for porn pics...not that Caylee was present where photos were being taken - but that they were being taken during the day while KC should have been watching Caylee...does this make sense?

Casey Defense Team Member Predicts Trial Delay

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A member of Casey Anthony's defense team says he predicts that her trial will be delayed. Doctor Lawrence Kobilinsky talked about a possible delay Monday night on CNN's Nancy Grace show.

Casey's murder trial is scheduled for January 5, but Kobilinsky said the defense team may need more than a month extra. Defense experts haven't even had a chance to look at the key evidence.

They haven't? Well, gee, what were they doing all through November? Maybe they need to prioritize, and focus less on spin and more on the case. Just saying.

I agree.

However ... it does look like Kobilinsky has been doing some homework ... concedes the foul odor within the trunk of Casey's vehicle was not caused by a rotting pizza.

Nevertheless ... there is still a defense spin that does take all the evidence into consideration.

I totally agree, she knew him before. Something real strange going on here, who is paying Baez, and does he know about these pics, I don't mean now, I mean while the pics were being taken. Does he have some connection to these pictures, and their distribution perhaps.

Does anyone know what legal restrictions apply to delaying a trial? Can counsel on either side ask for delays for an unlimited period of time? Or does the law specify a maximum number of days of delay?

I guess what I really want to know is where does "right to a fair trial" intersect with "right to a speedy trail" ?

I've been watching the media coverage of this case like I'd watch a car wreck. It's horrible, tragic, and morbid... and I can't look away. I was rather excited to find this forum because I can see you understand the fascination. My thanks to all the monkeys who post documents/photos/links. And, of course, my thanks to everybody for making this cage a safe and sane environment.

This is my first post, so please let me know if everything looks ok, or, more importantly, if it doesn't

Well, I threw this together the day the hair brush incident was revealed, guess I could fix it up for Christmas. LOL
