I think he is fighting this hair evidence because it shows Caylee definitely in the trunk, add the duct tape, then the air samples with 10,000 times the amount of chloroform in them then other samples Dr Vass has worked with and you get something that looks more like murder then an accident.

He should have kept the opening statement at an accident..then sat down and shut up.

I thought JB said during opening statements that we will never know where Kronk supposedly got the body from, because LE never investigated that?  Maybe I have it wrong?
