I also read Grant's confession. I am reluctant to post what it suggested to me re. what might have happened to Natalee's body.

But here's a hint. Grant's actions were ONE person's attempt to dispose of a body and evidence.

If several people were involved ... each with an "assignment" ... and maybe some had to re-visit and "re-do" that assignment ...

The Dutch Team, IMO right now is there to investigate the investigation.
Sort of like an Internal Affairs review. I am just going by what happens here when things go very wrong and bad with a case. There is usually a report with some insight into what went wrong and how this could be improved looking forward... from a department and organization standpoint. Usually there are " retirements " within a few months that have nothing ot do with the finding of the investigation.

Because there are ten of them, I am hoping that there will be some investigation into finding Natalee. They had that big ?// how many kilos of papers that they took back and perhaps there was somethign in there that is worthwhile to follow up on.

As far as MF or anyone else, they are just speaking their opinion which is very colored in by their hopes. MF or anyone over at those other places does not have any insider information.

There were three important retirements that happened during this investigation.

Dompig
Bernadina

They still have one left to retire and that is Jacobs.

Kat_Gram - Yes, I hold out hope that there might be some obstruction and even negligence arrests in connection with the conduct of the investigation.

But I don't think anything exists at the moment to revive the Holloway case. Even if everyone agrees that the suspects lied at every turn, that's not enough for a conviction. (It wouldn't be here, either.)

Well there was more than what we have. If we print out he polis statements, could not even use a package of paper. Maybe I watch too many TV crime shows. Where there is an epithany or a eureka moment.

I'm still up watching King of the Hill....there are characters named Holloway on this episode...forever will we all be haunted until truth and justice is served. and even then we will never forget. It truely is amazing when you step back and think about it. How we all strangers became one in the hunt for truth and justice for a stranger...what we have accomplished thus far...with the technology of our time...being on the forefront of information being exchanged not only for entertainment but for a cause. A cause truely worth fighting for. It sure makes me feel better knowing that if I ever need in even a small way Natalee and her family has needed us that ya'll will be there. Our love and support is truely a miracle.

In reference to the VDS computer records, is it the general consensus of the Monkeys that there is evidence that confirms two porn videos were downloaded from the site and not uploaded to the site?
It just seems odd to me given that it's believed Joran was involved with the making porn videos he would spend money to buy movies. And just a few hours after Natalee was abducted. Could the visit to the ATM be to pull cash that had just recently been electrically deposited into an account?

Joran is and was addicted to porn.Among other things,he has to violate,degrade,and torture all the time
