Heck no - I am getting on the train to escape the kiddies!  I don;t drink but a diet coke waiting for me would be wonderful!

Ok - so here is my whine for the day - I called CPS because my hubby's ex sent her 8 year old to work with her 23 year old (Hubs step son who works for us) and planned for him to stay to 11 pm - and had him miss school today because it was too much trouble for him to be taken care of since she had to work at 3 pm.  And she had him hanging out with a RSO today because he misses his brother the RSO. So I make sure CPS will not reveal who I am - that is trouble I did not want. CPS comes into work and says "Hi, we are here to see (insert my name) to investigate the complaint she made." I know I did the right thing but geeze - guess everyone knows who called CPS!

Even worse was when I left I called the office to complain and no one seemed to know who they sent out!  I know I feel safer having this group taking care of kids. NOT!

It makes you wonder, why even bother to call for help. A person tries to do the right thing, and look what happens.

  CPS never should have told who called. That isn't right. But I am impressed they showed up so quickly. I would have called CPS as well TBM. I hope it works out for you. Luv JSM

Expecting 10-12" of snow starting after midnight here, lasting through Sat. night.

That's a lot of snow (again) for this part of VA. LOL

We are all prepared though. I am just glad these two major snowstorms decided to wait for the weekend so hubby doesn't have to go try to work in it.

Lots of the nation getting ice/snow this weekend.
