Exactly my point. If the urinator is having to pay to keep himself alive at this juncture, those keeping him alive will use him till the money runs dry, or when a bigger pay day comes in and do what needs to be done. Unless the Dutch govt. is funneling him enough money it won't be long after the trial and the lights fade away.
