It is!  She was there along with REO Speedwagon for the Music Festival over the weekend.  There was a press conference...that's one of the pics from it.  Very interesting to look at all the pics, would love to know what questions were being asked from the look on Gloria Estefan's face in some of them...and some of the others too.

And YES Julia was smoozing up like she's SOMEBODY...not surprised.

They said they left the bar around 1:30 a.m. with van der Sloot and an ... Says that there is a back bar at C&Cs and that Natalee was steered to that bar at ...

so I'm assuming still at C&C's...
