CBB I had forgotten about Kathleen Turner. I remember reading about her and her arthritis. So glad you found something to help with the pain.

Thanks Tevye, my doctor knows why, I have bad arthritis and bulging disks. He has suggested a pain clinic, but after reading about it online, the one he was going to send me too, I didn't like what I was reading, but when I change back to my old doctor, I will tell him to authorize the visit for me.

No Rose, I think a pain management clinic would be good for you. I hope you get to see your old doctor soon so you can get some relief.  Arthritis s*cks, I have it in both knees and big toe, I can't imagine having it in your back, or hands. That has got to be the worse pain. 

It is, and just another thing I inherited, I wish that I could have inherited something good. Though my blood pressure was good, unlike everyone in my family that had or has high blood pressure.

Thank-you, I don't feel so sweet now. I thought let me take Zoe on a nice walk. In the middle of the sidewalk, this woman decided, oh this would be a perfect place to snap a few pics of her boyfriend, all decked out in spandex shorts. I muttered some bs under my breath. I live in Spandex He!!. You can't ride a bike around here unless you are spandexed out, and have some silly looking bike helmet on. And lets make sure there is some gosh awful stripes going down the sides of the shorts. There are so many men around here, and women, but the women don't bother me as much, in spandex, I could hurl. I think I better take day 2 of the antibiotics, I'm really irritated.

The only way I can eat better is too cut back, if I take stuff away that I like it doesn't work to well. Then I feel like I'm suffering 

i do not totally cut things out or i might just die. so is what i do is try to only have bread and carb type of yummy foods for one meal, instead of eating them all day long i make them a treat, and try to find small substitues for things that are healthier but dont deprive me..

does that make any sense

like instead of having yummy turkey toast for breakfast, a sandwhich for lunch and mashed cheesey taters for dinner i would pick one meal to have a major carb but not eat alot of it, just a small portion, i have a huge problem with when something is really frickin yummy i wanna eat it all, even if im full!! or even if im not quite hungry i know i brought a yummmy arse lunch and want it know!!
