Yes and that is why I found it so strange that there is so little info about the brothers out there and so much about joran. We know about his parents, what universities he could go etc. The only thing we don`t know yet is what he has for breakfast Rolling Eyes

Kerin, it's so hard to even imagine the pain her family must be feeling.  I wish something would happen with this case to at least give this family something.  I would be insane by now.  My admiration for her mother just continues to grow.

On Fox's Dayside show on Thursday, they talked to a friend of Deepak Kalpoe. He said that Deepak is a laid-back guy, but his brother, Satish, has problems controlling his anger.

Wish we knew more about these two....

But Hannie, couldn't that be just the reason why the K's befriended J? Family, status etc. Good patsy.

Now, if a connction could be made between, the Kalpoe & this Croes guy with Lorenzo Van Rijn, I'd have a "CONSPIRACY THEORY".

is this by chance the same casino natalee was in when she met him and the same bar they were seen leaving from?  why is this bad for joran and not bad for natalee?

Joran frequented the bars and casinos.  This was fairly new to the students from Mountain Brook, because they are not of age to go to casinos in the US.  They were not used to this type of lifestyle.  They have all just come of age to go to bars (w/o drinking) in the US.

BTW, I am assuming LE in other posts stands for Lead Investigator? Sorry, was just bugging me Smile

That article in the Black & White newspaper made it seem like NH's mom's positive attitude on the case to the media was just...for show....where, in reading the article in the B & W, the whole family was pissed at the way the investigation was conducted. My question is...why would Beth not be upfront w/ the MSM on her opinions of the case being handled by the Aruban Police?

Fear of alienating them and causing less to be done with the case than there is already.

Breaking News by Dan Riehl
Quote
“According to the attorney ,Jones declared that Joran is convinced that he is being framed. Joran is saying that he did not go to the lighthouse with the group at all. He testified that after he left the club, he caught a ride home with his Surinamese friends, the brothers Kalpoe. At that time Natalee Holloway was in the car. Joran allegedly testified that the Kalpoes dropped him off at his home and drove off with Natalee in car. It was only afterwards (a few days later), around the swimming pool at his house, that the Kalpoes made plans to come out with one version of the events. But now it seems that they are trying to frame Joran.”

I think J was over his head with these guys, maybe they havee "something" else over him. Remembber although he his tall, he's still only 17. No offense to you guys, but the maturity thing and all..........
Mornin Y'all!  Just like to say Urine's statement here makes no sense to me at all.  HE spent two days+/- getting next to Nat.  !) assuming his innocense, he would then be "normall' sotaspeak, therefore any normal guy would not leave the girl in the hands of the bros..2)If he were going straight home he would have told her bye at C&C's.  Source: common sense social norms!

Unfortunately we do not know whether they changed their stories once arrested or not.  We only know what the security guards said but don't know what the suspects actually told the cops.  What did they say before they were arrested?  Is that the lighthouse story origin?

We don't know for sure that the 3 changed their story, but we do know that the 2 security guards were released. You add it up.
