My heart breaks for all of these children that have done NOTHING to deserve this sort of fate. These children are precious gifts from God and they keep going poof not to be seen or heard from again. It has to stop!

I am assuming that when people are questioned, they are recorded. I think that LE needs to bring Billie back down to the station and play back the part where Shawn says awful things about Hailey. I think LE should ask this mother why her boyfriend would say such things and how she could ever look at his face again. I also find it interesting that Shawn apparently was the ONLY ONE who said that Hailey was ....... You guys read it, I don't need to tarnish her name any further.

Wait, what????  I was under the impression BD was 16 when David was born - that has huge implications if his father was 2-3 years younger.

The affidavit notes that some pornographic images were retrieved from the memory stick and cell phone owned by Adkins were made with a Kodak Easy Share camera.

I do not doubt what Shawn stated about Hailey being

ITA - I have already expressed a lengthy opinion on the linguistic postmortem that is performed in that blog.  While I believe in some body language credibility, I don't think you can cut and parcel out words, especially from those who are usually both illiterate and under stress, and make factual assertions based on a misplaced modifier or an inappropriate pronoun case. 

BJD, has, however, said and done plenty enough for me to believe that she, on some level, bears culpability in her daughter's, now officially acknowledged, death.

When it was revealed that Hailey Dunn's shoes and jacket were found in her room ... it made sense to me that on the morning of December 27th ... immediately following Billie departure to work ...  Shawn returned to the home to quickly retrieve a deceased Hailey from her bed and disposed of her body prior to arriving at his mother's home in Big Spring.

I cannot comprehend why an official flyer was not distributed early on by investigators ... an official flyer with a photo of Shawn and the vehicle that Shawn was driving on the morning of December 27th as well as identifying the area indicated by the cell phone pings.  Could there have been at lease one witness to a disposal of a body .... at least one witness who did not realize at the time what he/she was observing.

Think about the Kyron Horman case and ... Terri Horman has yet to be officially declared a person of interest.

Kyron Horman's stepmother was the last known person to see the 7-year-old on the day that he disappeared, said Capt. Jason Gates, and authorities hope her photo might help jog the memories of other witnesses.

The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office is distributing a flier showing photos of Terri Moulton Horman and the type of pickup she is thought to have driven on June 4, the day the second-grader disappeared from Skyline School.

"Sometimes in jogging peoples memories, sometimes it's the other things about that day or what was going on around them that will jog their memory with anything else they might have seen with regard to Kyron," Gates said.

PORTLAND, Ore. - Investigators working on the Kyron Horman case released a new flier Tuesday that asks residents near Kyron's elementary school if they saw his stepmother, Terri Horman, and her close friend, DeDe Spicher the day he disappeared.

The two-page flier includes pictures of Horman, Spicher and the white pickup truck Horman was driving on June 4 the day Kyron vanished, and in it police ask residents if they saw the two or the pickup between the hours of 9:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. that day.

I find this odd too. My guess is that there are sleuths in the area who are taking matters into their own hands with regards to searches and such. I also wonder if they are warning those close to the suspects that if they try to cover up evidence they will be prosecuted? It is definately a veiled threat aimed directly at someone or some persons. I just hope that it means that they are really close to something and they are putting their ducks in a row.

Clint Dunn, however, has multiple arrests, starting in 1994 for burglary of a building, a state jail felony. Following that are subsequent arrests in 1998 for possession of marijuana, under 2 ounces, one in March 1999 for driving with a suspended license.

He was arrested again Jan. 30, 2010, by Snyder police for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. And he was arrested at his home Dec. 29, again for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, and a Scurry County warrant.

This completely breaks my heart. I will still hold out hope for a live Hailey, but sad to say that my hope is fading.
