ORANGE COUNTY -- 
In the woods of Suburban Drive, there's a memorial with a patriotic theme, not far from where Caylee Anthony's remains were found on 2008.

On the eve of closing arguments in the trial of Caylee's mother, Casey, people are gathering, leaving flowers and stuffed animals and American flags, in honor of the little girl they never met, but fell in love with. This memorial is down the road from an original memorial that had been overloaded with stuff animals and toys, pictures, balloons and flowers. Some said they were upset that the original memorial had been taken down.

If this was a perfect world, Casey would be found guilty,  Cindy gets arrested, Dr Baden and LKB get divorced and she runs off with Padilla, NG and LVM are baker act'd and the twins are adopted by River Cruz who is living with George while Cindy is in jail.

I do not think Cindy will get arrested though I wish it to happen.  The State knows there will be many appeals and if they need her to testify again they want to keep her as "friendly" as possible.

can anybody even imagine a plausible accidental death scenario that wouldn't arise from felony child abuse ? I can't.  Not with the duct tape. 

No, but even if every single juror thought the duct tape came in after the fact, I think the state more than proved kc was wreckless and that her lying, drinking, hoebag behavior etc took place during the time she was thought to have had Caylee with her. The defense failed to prove the exact day Caylee died and failed to provide one single alternate babysitter Caylee could have been with during that time, leaving her with kc and kc only, be it one day or 31. I would think that is more than enough proof kc is 100% responsible for Caylee's death.

I live very near to where Martha Brailsford went missing on that sailboat. Was in a rubber dingy in the water near where she was found thinking about her. Thank goodness that her body was found. Waiting patiently for Caylee to get justice and for Natalee to be found. Patience is a virtue.....

Thanks for letting me know, I know not too many knew about that case and I read the book and it sent chills thru me since part of the circumstances reminded me of Natalee Holloway, especially the lobster trap and how he was so damn sure she'd never be found. I knew Baden was a sellout and had been for a while, IIRC he was paid $250,000-$300,00 for PS 1 trial, but had forgotten that is was 20 yrs ago when Martha was murdered, and among the fact he told jurors that since there was no bruising on her ankles to prove she was tied up (but also there was NO flesh or anything except bone) and the jurors actually laughed about that stmt after the trial, no link...I read the book.......but also he stated he thought she died of some heart condition and that the ME didn't do a thorough autopsy, when asked if HE checked her heart, he stated NO!!!!! WTF, how do make that jump that she died of a heart condition when you never examined the heart and in fact only used photos to make his EXPERT opinions. I could go on and on about other cases but won't do it here.

Natalee I pray will be found, but she will never receive justice in a timely manner....I just hope Joran is screwed every night by an AIDS infected "friend" and then shanked (sorry, but I am just a blunt person and that is how I feel)
