Good morning everyone - going to make one big post using this slow computer that I am on until mine is replaced.

Tevye - glad you got your puter back.

Cookie - happy to hear you are feeling better and the prevacid worked - one other thing I forgot to share with you and that was my doc told me not to sleep on my left side - for some reason if you get heartburn lay on your right.

JSM - go for the new do - I have always liked short dos like Halle Berry, Jamie Lee and Ellen's - its only hair it will grow back if you don't like it.

Northern Rose - I hope you feel better soon - those stones are hell.

To all the rest of you I hope you are weathering the storms sweeping the nation - stay safe.

Just wanted to stop in and say hello to you guys and share a couple of pictures of the blizzard.

Sassy the pics are beautiful, but stay safe and be careful shoveling  You guys sure got a lot of snow.       Trimm, a Viper would do fine also, and a Mercedes wouldn't be too bad either.

Oh yes Mission a Jaguar will do just fine     I was fixing my hair this morning, and instead of spraying hair spray on my hair, I sprayed it in my face, luckily my eyes were closed, because right now I would have my contact lenses attached to my eyeballs with no luck of getting them off  I guess my eye appointment today is just in time 

Ouch I hate that when that happens but thankfully your eyes were closed because that hurts if it gets in your eyes.  Are you driving the Jag to the eye doctor?

  Morning Monkeys, well, well well.... Mr Van der Sloot has gone to Hell. That is music to my ears. I love the comments on the front page.

Sassy thanks for the pictures I can't believe all that snow. Greeneyes, I can't believe you have three inches already. It is coming down in huge flakes here. This cage hates me I have been booted out all morning long.

Good morning all,

i was just looking thru the slideshows of Haiti, i knew they were in a bad bad way, but i guess i wasnt really aware of how bad it was for some people even before the earth quake...

did you know that the poorest of people, one of their options of food before the earth quake (as well as now) is cookies made of dirt 

i had no clue, and even worse is they have to buy them if they cant make them, them selves, they are made of dirt, salt, and vegetable shortening! that is so sad, among all the pictures of all the little children 

i saw anouther picture that was hard to look at, it was a malnourished baby, he looked to be a premie, thighs had zero meat and wrinkled skin....he was tree months old 

so very heart breaking.

It is awful what is happening in Haiti                       Sunday I was holding some towels, and I told my daughter to fold the ones that I wasn't holding, but instead she grabbed the ones that were in my hands, and my little finger on the left hand got sprained. The little finger is no longer sprained, while I was walking the dog, I took that finger to my ear to scratch it, and it snapped like a twig  It feels and looks like he!!. Oh well, and I'm having trouble typing

I must have brittle bones I'm just mad about it, but I've never broken any bone in my life, so there was bound to be a first time.
