It sure is Boo - it is confusing as to why search now - did they learn something new or are they just trying to rule things out seeing as she isn't talking?  I wish we were able to see the discovery so far in this case.

LE has not said.  They have only said the carseat was in the car.

In my flip flopping in regards to whether Gabriel was given away or died at the hands of his mother ... it has always bothered me that the carseat was found in the vehicle.  Apparently ... Tammi had purchased Gabriel a new carseat prior to journey to San Antonio.  Why would the new adoptive parents not take it?

obviously they are searching to cover all poignant parts of of the case. ( wishful thinking).    Something about Tammi's lack of concern and smugness bothers me though. It is as if she knows something. Tammi is a few fries short of a happy meal and she is all about herself. Karma will rear it's head when it is time as far she is concerned. Just like it did with Ron and Misty.  Are they searching on a tip or is it about time they did this? They are pretty tight lipped it is not like the sunshine law in Fl. where we are all informed of the different aspects of the Anthony and Cummings cases there. I pray he is with a family Tammi hooked up, but there is a part of me that thinks Elizabeth snapped and killed her child. Pretty similar to what Casey did. They are of same cloth, neither cared about their children, both went shopping and had their nails done, and both only showed concern for themselves and not their children when apprehended by LE.

July -  Logan alleged, she became enraged when he didn't return home from work on time and took a knife to his clothing, the couch and the baby crib. She broke dishes and took a cooking pan and smashed the TV while the baby was in the Tempe apartment.

They were forced to move into another apartment.

September - Johnson got out of control again in September when she got mad at her brother on the phone. She cut up the baby's clothes and the crib and broke every window in the apartment. Dec 9: Eliz calls Logan at work and tells him she wants him to relinquish his paternal rights so she can give Gabriel up for adoption. He refuses. Eliz takes Gabriel to the Smiths, then calls LE & says Logan has taken Gabriel & she doesn't know where Gabriel is. Gabriel found 6 hours later at the Smiths.  A Tempe detective at the Smiths when Gabriel is found sees the papers the Smiths have drawn up about temporary guardianship. Gabriel spends 8 days with the Smiths.

Dec 27 – Logan gets a text and call from EJ saying Gabriel is dead.  Though police say they are confident the baby is alive, McQueary said in his statement that Johnson called him after she disappeared with the boy, saying she was planning to leave the country, and that she would tell him where Gabriel's "blue" dead body was once she had crossed the border.

McQueary also said she texted him around that time period, saying she had killed the baby.

When you are looking to adopt a child, how do you generate the kind of buzz you need without major label support? Set up a MySpace page, of course! This was the reasoning of one Michigan couple, who decided to turn to the site as a method of finding a little girl to add to their family. The couple opted for MySpace in part because of the high cost of adoptions and the length of the adoption process, which can take two years.

I can already hear the story they’ll tell their adopted child: “When your birth mom saw that our favorite band was Arcade Fire too, she knew we’d provide the best home for you.”

The couple posted a message to a “mother-to-be” and go on to say, “We cannot imagine how difficult making an adoption plan for you and your child must be… Thank you for including our profile in your search for the right family to raise your baby.”  They have yet to receive any baby offers, but they have generated quite a response: more than 17,000 messages of encouragement since Monday. Plus they now have a ton of friends on their profile. How come the only friend offers I ever get are from freaks and spammers? But I bet they would have had more luck finding a baby on craigslist.

Actually, since the site is so popular with the kids these days, maybe it’s not such a bad way to find a teen mom looking for a home for her baby. Remember the old days, when you had to hang out at the mall to find teen moms? But a word of caution: if the page gets hacked, they might end up with 200 strange babies at their house…

wow Thanks rose... I feel like an amature with all of this I keep asking questions and when I get around to researching and reading and get the answers I say oops... I know this has been said but I read the more of the articles and discovered my blunders. Apparently her father died before the mother aprox. 1 year before Elizabeths mom died and Elizabeth and her brother were in foster care since 12 yrs. old I think I need to research before I post, hopefully I will get better at this.

I can not let you or anyone else no where i am, just know i am getting lots of help, i am very smart and resourceful, and that i am one of the most compedant people you will ever meet. I have always taken care of myself bymyself as long as i can remember. i can't call in fear of phone records. I am ever worried this email can be traced to where i am, so i probably won't email again, but i had to let you know we are all right because i know you must be worried sick, and i am soo sorry for that i really am. YOU and jack are such good people.

Thank you so much for letting me know that your both are OK! I miss that little angel! I knew that you could never hurt him. A mother has to really love her child enough to give him up to a good family in order to give him a more meaningfully life.
