Perry wants to start swearing in jurors when they reach 15. And he plans on getting those 15 today.

There will be the opportunity to back strike before they get sworn in.

It will take more to get to the required 12 and alternates, I agree.

I do not see how in the world they can even get to the 12 today, even before they can strike somebody, so no idea how trial will start on Tuesday. 

It is 1:30, there will be more breaks I assume.  We have 9 people, need 3 more for just teh 12, at 1 hour each at least, that would be at least 4:30 w/o any breaks.  How late would he stay today, and exactly what is the "Perry Plan?"  Did he explain what the Perry Plan is?

I've heard JP refer to Casey as Mrs. Anthony. I am kinda worried that I will take on his speech pattern!! How can I work every day when this is on???!!!

I know that at least the duffense wanted to take today to drink some nice clinkly drinks, but I got to give JBP some credit.  He probably has things he could be doing or would like to be doing today, but he put it aside to "get er done."  Let's just hope he can.

Maybe we'll see a whole new batch called up on Monday, with hardship and the full voire dire taking place in one day. If JP is very, very lucky, he'll get to swear in Jurors on Monday night in Pinellas County or Tuesday morning in Orlando. However,most likely scenario is delay of a day or two for the trial.
