My friend is a member on LP and Rob Dick's forum and she relayed this message:

Rob just posted that Baez really screwed up with his "contract" with them.  He said there is no "privilege" - and Baez doesn't have a leg to stand on with that contract - they are free to say what they want to whomever.


Also, here is a doc worth reading about appealing a case which is based on circumstantial evidence in a murder case. Many similarities to Casey's case.......except one thing, there is no mention of fingerprints on the duct tape found on the victim. Tupelo - wow, that case has quite a few similarities.  Some interesting tidbits and insights in reading that - so thank you! 
Now to go back and look at the wording again on that contract.  I know it struck me odd reading it while watching tv too (giggle) that biasbutt had specified his duties then turned around and tried to assert the same duties to LP and his group.  So, his double talking - wordy look at me arn't I a big shi$ attitude could be the anchor on his boat!   Hey biasbutt - ever heard :  "Less is more?!"

I have come to take anything regarding documents with a bag of salt. (Where's OF with his salt bag?) They still owe us...um... like 3 different sets of documents going all the way back to May.  Just don't hold your breath too long or you'll turn blue.

We also breifly discussed the Caylee Anthony case, and the mystery surrounding the fraud case that Casey Anthony is currently facing. Casey has plead not guilty, yet at least one news source is claiming that Baez has made restitution to the bank. That makes no sense.

Baez is also attempting to block all evidence gained by Leonard Padilla and his people, citing a confidentiality agreement. It is not clear that this agreement will have any legal standing.

This Petition will be going to Lifetime in order to stop the profit off the death of a little girl.  Lifetime signed a deal with the Anthony Family for $2 MILLION dollars for Casey Anthony's story.  We need to stop this like we stopped OJ from profiting!!
