Dear merciful goodness, HNL now reporting on a case out of Detriot -  an adoptive mom was charged with the death of Shylea Thomas a quadriplegic 9 year old girl, only 33 pounds, stuffed in a storage bin...Lorrie Thomas has been charged w 2nd degree murder, child abuse, welfare fraud, tampering with evidence.  There were 8 kids in her home, some adoptive & get this there were reports to Child Services....Grrrrrr   What is wrong with people!

Motion Filed To Force Cindy To Answer Questions

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla -- In the case against Casey Anthony, the law firm representing Zenaida Gonzalez in a defamation lawsuit against Casey wants a judge to force Cindy to answer questions and to pay for their costs.

Friday, the law firm filed a motion to compel Cindy Anthony to answer whether Casey ever used Cindy's credit cards without her permission.


Cindy refused to answer the question in the first deposition. Gonzalez is suing Casey, because she claimed a babysitter with the same name kidnapped Caylee.

A judge will take hear the issue on May 21.

You are right, Trimm, they will need a truck to haul all the documents, audios, videos and whatever else.  I am sorry Capp to hit a nerve.  I just keep looking at this stuff and I learn new things every day.  I intend to create a list of known lies Casey told before this all started -- Pattern of Behavior because quite frankly I am tired of KC being painted as a saint lately and there is stuff there before June 15, I just need to dig -- anyone who wants to help me, please do

So what's this about both George and Cindy both getting hauled back in to answer deposition questions? I thought that they decided they'd gotten enough out of George but knew Cindy would probably be back in.

Also, whatever happened to them trying to get answers out of Lee? Are they just going to let him get away with refusing to answer? You'd think that since his deposition was first, they would have already tried to get him back.

Sorry if all this has been addressed. I've been reading as fast as possible since I was so behind, so I may have missed something.

  I sometimes wonder about CPS giving people a bunch of children to take care of for money. I know there are good kind people in this world, but it seems like more and more the stories coming out like this. Sometimes I really hate people, love monkeys and dogs. Cats are okay in my book as long as they aren't sitting on my steps waiting for Josef to break my toe.

Good idea Pooky...its a great reference.   I was teasing in a sense about hitting a nerve, I just think you can imagine me cussing in Italian and banging my desk when I had heard it besides falling of my chair....lol    Isnt it amazing how evil!

I say lock them all up together, last man standing wins. Make it a pay per view and dontate all proceeds to TES. 

Sorry about the Taco Bueno I thought they were all over the place, my Mom loves it and took me there for lunch after we went to the doctor's appointment. Taco Bell is my favorite, though.
