I thought caylees shorts were 18 mos and her shirt was the 3T?

I don't know if this makes a difference but my son will be 2 tomorrow and he wears a 2T top and 18 month shorts/pants. He has a bigger top with a cute little belly but a smaller bottom 

I can see it happening, too. My daughter can wear her skirts and shorts for a long time. (She's 3 and could probably still wear some of her 24 months clothes). I don't think it's a big deal and I don't know why they're making it one.

I could be wrong..but I believe this is the what was left of the little neckband to Caylee's shirt..the shirt was in very poor condition from the elements

The litttle shorts were in better condition..waistband still in tact and they were 24 month size..which proves nothing other then they were an older pair of shorts of Caylee's that still fit her..I don't know why Baez makes an issue of them.

so this guy took two samples and tested them and one was a much better sample than the other.  BUT his sample was different from Dr. Vass?  So who isn't to say Dr. Vass got a much better sample than either of this guys?

The defense is throwing out a red herring saying someone else would have had to put a pair of shorts on a child that were too small because a mother would know differently, not this negligent mother that is for certain.   It doesnt indicate anything exonerating for Casey whatsoever, this is one thing I actually laugh over every time Linda K Baden brings this up on her media bliss over this case.
