I understand your frustration, but Judge Perry has to be careful what he does to Bozo does not interfere with KC's right to a defense.  Bozo is getting his every time his objections are overruled and every time JP spanks him for his screw-ups.  The law community is watching this and his ability to practice law again is being diminished by the minute.  I also would not be surprised if Bozo gets sanctions from the State Bar Association following this trial.

Some one really needs to check and see whether Jose Baez really did go to law school and was the actually individual who took the bar. His unethical behavior is one thing, but he has no clue as to the law and procedure. This is exactly the reason why he was never qualified to do this case.

Cappy, what you said is true.  Isn't it a pity that we even think Baez should be watched for further violations?  But we know that judging from his past--his whole adult life--that he can't be trusted.  Many of us do not hold attorneys in high regard, and I am one of them.  This is an example of the reason we don't.
