Blink, I haven't had time to read your newest blog post, but I think you are right. I still go with suffocation or INTENTIONAL drowning. Hyoid bone wouldn't be broken, so KC was counting on the body decomposing completely before she was found.

I'm not a smart forensic monkey, but if she were suffocated petechia would show in the eyes. Water in the lungs would be found if she was drowned along with bruising from being held down.

I think KC knew she needed the soft tissues to decompose and that is why she never came back to the house and ignored Cindy.

Whether or not Cindy and George were involved, I don't know. I don't think they had any idea until after finding the car. JMO JSM

Mizjay, I hate to say this but the eyes are the first thing to go during decomposition. The only thing that was left for the ME is the orbital bones (eye sockets), so the answer is no her eyes would not be of any value

Anthony's travels on June 18, 2008, put her near the area where Caylee's body was found six months later, Local 6 reporter Tony Pipitone said. Caylee was 2 when she was last seen alive on June 16, 2008.

The same day last summer, neighbor Brian Burner said Anthony asked to borrow a shovel.

"Casey had approached me and said that she couldn't find the key to their shed and wanted to know if she – if I had a shovel she could borrow to dig up a bamboo root that she's been tripping over," Burner told investigators in an interview last July.

Burner said he gave Anthony the shovel and her demeanor appeared normal, but the fact that she had backed her car up to the family garage was unusual.

Cell phone records show Anthony was near the area where Caylee's body was dumped around 4 p.m.

After testing samples from the trunk of Anthony's car, scientists said that a decomposing body may have been lying in the trunk for around two days.

"Every time there's a motion filed to block the release of something what do you assume? You assume that there must be something inflammatory and damning," said WFTV Legal Analyst Bill Sheaffer.

Sheaffer says Caylee's grandparents have no legal standing in the case to ask the judge to seal a public record and says there is no legal basis for their argument.

"Unless there's a legal basis other than emotional distress, which is not a legal basis, this judge will not block the release of this public document," Sheaffer explained.

The hearing may last fifteen minutes and the judge said he is not inclined to seal public records.

 I've set the bar so low that i woulda been thrilled if they had gotten even a warning ticket on the last fiasco . Sneaking around the memorial site tearing up rosaries and teddy bears and then throw in some road rage antics should've gotten them in some kind of hot water so yeah, me too,   civil case, cmon.................Drinks on me!!

IMO, it is not the report itself, the standard autopsy report. I don't think there was a manner of death. Cause : Homicide , Manner : Unknown.
It is Dr. G's opinion and what she based the opinion on. Just above, we have the other evidence, that the decomp fluids in the trunk indicated  2.6 days. What else was in the bag might be mentioned.
Also, maybe Dr. G said that based on the remains, how long the remains were there.

I apologize for this in advance, but I will confirm from an inside source there was NOT any soft tissue present. None.

OK, this may be a difficult fact to absorb but I am very curious if when they test the duct tape it can be determined if there is any residue evidence on the adhesive that this precious child choked on her own vomit as a result of being duct taped or smothered prior to applying the duct tape.

Capp- can you clarify how your using the word custody with regard to what I believe your referring to as Caylee's remains?  There is a major difference between custodial custody as a grandparent and POA and "guardianship of remains"  as you compare the two in your post. The only link between the two in terms of legal rights is the identity of the decedant. I just want to make sure I understand your position Madam Capp.

Mizjay. You are so welcome. I am not a doctor, forensic expert, but I have read quite a few books on the subject. I could be totally wrong, which wouldn't be the first time. 

 I am sure her actions were intentional towards Caylee. I'm still not sure KC was going to Calif, I think she was using the Marine as a fall back guy if Tony didn't come back from NY. I may have the timeline wrong, so she could have been planning on going to Calif. JMO JSM

When Dr G made her statement after the autopsy she said there was no soft tissue left.
She also stated there was no evidence of fractures to the bones she examined if I remember correctly.

Blink, that is what I was trying to inarticulately say in my post, Caylee was skeletonized, no soft tissue was left. Sorry if I didn't make sense. JSM

I have thought long and hard about how Caylee was murdered just like we all have. I have come to the conclusion that the duct tape was not there for "show." The cryptic heart sticker certainly was, and was placed there as an after thought, but I think the duct tape itself was the murder weapon. Caylee was probably subdued in some way either by taping her feet and legs together before she did her mouth, by giving her a little chloroform or even benedryl to put her to sleep. I feel that she was smothered with the duct tape, plainly and simply.

Casey was mad, she was furious when she left the house. She was in a rage. She knew where to go because she had gone to this same place before after a tirade at home. She had even thought of killing Caylee before. The duct tape was not just by chance in her car. This was just the night that it happened.

I don't think Tony even suspected that this had happened. But there were long conversations with Casey along with many, many text-messages. When Casey was seen walking around in a motel parking lot it could have been that she got out of the car to talk on the phone so she would not hear Caylee struggling and neither would Tony. I don't think she stayed at the motel. I think she just used a convenient place in their parking lot whenever she wanted to get away. She had done it before.

I think the murder was as simple as that. All she had to do then was just conceal and hide the body until there were no more signs of what had happened on her body. The longer she left her in the swamp, the more she thought she got away with it.

I don't think Spindy, George, or Lee knew anything about the murder at the time. They surely started getting mildly worried in the weeks thereafter, but thought Casey would get over it and bring her home again. I think she had disappeard before, as the car was probably reported stolen a year or so earlier. They were probably pretty sure that there was a "huge problem" on the day they got the car back, but it was not until the night she was laying on the floor of her bedroom crying that they knew that Caylee was really dead. It's been coverup city from then own masterminded by Spindy. JMO

I believe that KC gave the Anthonys a limited POA to bury the remains. My opinion is they decided to have the remains cremated in order for there to be NO evidence later if new procedures became available.  If I am right, then they have NO STANDING for that motion in court. Duress is not a legal reason either.

There was so much scuttle butt about were the remains at that funeral home, where they cremated, was she going to be buried and then all of a sudden KC came out with that scathing letter about she wanted her buried. I honestly believe they went against her wishes and did that.

I will say I have wondered if there was an attempt to burn the body. There is also the issue of the pesticide residue.  To answer a question earlier, there would be no soft tissue after that length of time.

Also, there were no fractures, so Caylee wasn't strangled. Had she have been, her hyoid bone would have been crushed. She could have been smothered and/or drowned. My position is that at no such time did the Anthonys have custody of Caylee during life, therefore they never had any custodial rights.    Their POA, regarding the "guardianship of the remains" is limited to just that and only that (which they breeched the agreement according to Casey's wishes so she stated).   The fact that Cindy did not have custody during life or POA for a limited purpose or any other conditions prior to Caylee's remains being found & identified is what I am questioning  whether she had any rights whatsoever to incorporate Caylee's name, create & run a foundation in her name, handle any finances due to her namesake being attached to said foundation.  Bottom line as far as tomorrow's waste of time, they have no standing IMHO.    My post may have been a tad confusing, that should clear it up.

A child's  hydoid bone (os hyoideum) is flexible - even into the teen years, so even if she was strangled it most likely would not show up. FYI that is the only bone in the human body which is not attached to any other bone.

That picture of Casey in the National Enquirer was taken on the day of her first bond hearing IIRC. I was at the same time she got up, turned and looked straight at the camera and went sniff, sniff, sniff. It looked so fake to me as if she were playing right for the camera. But by definition guardianship of remains, allows them to to make that decision. There is no such thing as a limited POA granting guardianship of remains and then executing a demand. By proxy the guardians make the decision in the eyes of the law. If not, there is no need for the release in the first place. As Executor to Caylee's estate, the decision was Casey's. Now, can she claim duress in that decision, of course. However, there is zero percent chance she did not actually want remains cremated. This was planned. Things were still happy then, keep in mind, Death penalty NOT back on the table yet, then.

She was. I got an e-mail from her today. She said it was her first full day back.   

There is a limited POA which defines the exact authority the person granted it is allowed.

What I think happened was Baez screwed up and did not specify how the remains were to be handled by KC's  wishes. He really may have screwed up big time and given them a full POA and if that is the case, then they can do anything they want with her name or anthing else of KC's. That would be a major mistake in my opinion, but we all know he is not very bright.

There really was no reason for a POA to the Anthonys except that KC had no way to pay for it.

That is a very common mistake. I have heard nurses say the same thing not knowing.

I'm not sure about that Blink.   If Casey told them what she wanted as far as arrangements as a condition of giving them POA (burial instead of cremation)  in order to execute just that since she couldnt due to her incarceration, that is rather specific.   If they told her "O yes sweetheart, we will respect your wishes & carry them out FOR YOU," it might not be that cut & dry.   If they were honest that they did not agree to what Casey wanted or wouldnt consider what she wanted, Casey could have made the decision to give POA to someone else.

Sidebar note:  Remember Hoover in his sworn statements talking about the meeting at the Anthony's he spoke about Cindy having a fit talking to Baez & insisting that Caylee be cremated, this reportedly took place within days of Caylee's remains being recovered - no agreement was made yet at that time.   The same meeting that Hoover asked everyone if George & Cindy knew that DC & him were in those woods in November.   This was Cindy's plan all along.

Disturbing new details have come to light in the nanny sex abuse case in the Champlain Islands. Police say the case could go federal and that the nanny's name is not what they originally thought.

Wednesday the accused was identified as Douglas Shepherd. Thursday police said his name is DONALD Shepherd. The suspect has numerous aliases and we've confirmed through his grandmother in Florida that his name is in fact Donald and that his attraction to kids has been going on for years. He's known on the internet as a pedophile activist.

"The suspect is an admitted pedophile," Vt. State Police Det. Ben Katz said.

Police say Donald Shepherd, 23, owned up to his attraction and sexual abuse of a 10-year-old boy in his care.

Shepherd was hired to be the nanny of three kids in Grand Isle County. The kids' mother found Shepherd through the online nanny service eNannySource.com.

"The fact that he was actively seeking young children is what's most disturbing about this," Katz said.

And what else is disturbing is that Shepherd, who goes by several aliases, including Douglas, Jon, and Parker Wilder, worked at similar jobs across the country, including boys' summer camps. ::MonkeyShocked::

Usually this form of Power of Attorney is used to authorize the Agent to take a specific action only, such as accept an offer to buy the Principal's house or use the Principal's car, or sale of a vechicle, etc. You are giving another person the specific powers you want to act as your agent in your behalf.  

A Limited POA is also referred to as a "Special" Power of Attorney and can be either Springing or Durable.

A child's  hydoid bone (os hyoideum) is flexible - even into the teen years, so even if she was strangled it most likely would not show up. FYI that is the only bone in the human body which is not attached to any other bone.

FANNY,   a little late comment on your opinion on Caylee's last night.  Everything you said is what I've believed and it was a great thought on why kc would've been at the motel.  That always stumped me, why there wouldn't be a record of her there, but that makes total sense that she would park and hang out. Relatively safe, she wouldn't necessarily look out of place, and Lord knows she had to have a few spots she routinely went, cause she had a lot of unaccounted-for time during the daylight hours and at night.    Smart monkey! Maybe someday the slore will tell all.

I doubt if she will ever tell it all. She will tell what she wants us to think. She said from the first that they would not break her. To me that was an admission right there. That casual conversation in the police car going to jail that was recorded. That is her mindset. "They will not break me!" She won't confess, nor will she plead for her life. JMO

Thanks Turbo, I was wrong about the hyoid bone, but I really don't think I was wrong about petechia in the eyes.

If poor Caylee was suffocated it petechia would show in her eyes and the soft tissues would show a sign of a struggle.

I knew there was no soft tissue found.

I said I am not a smart monkey, never have nor never will be, but I was trying to think in KC's mind and she was smart enough to know not to call 911 if there were a drowning or say Caylee suffocated in her sleep. KC knew that the ME would find more evidence if Caylee was found early on, instead of 6 months later.

I see your point to a degree. I will disregard your last link on general principals, due to who wrote it.

However, I know there have been cases where a child has been strangled and the hyoid has been crushed. The sites you quote do not rule out this happening. It only talks about when it is fused. With enough pressure it can be crushed. If an eight yr old boy is manually strangled with enough pressure, there will be damage to his hyoid bone. JMO

I am sure that it could be crushed, but according to Dr. Bass, there would usually be other skeletal indicators. The problem which arises in calling that a cause of death would be a toddler or young person can be suffocated with no visible damage to the bone at all.

Oh no, no............that is not what I meant at all. What I meant was in one of the lectures he explained how a younger person could be murdered with little or no damage to the hyoid bone and that it was not the best indicator if it was a suspicious death in someone younger than a teen unless it was destroyed and then there would be other skeletal indicators.

It might show up in the hyoid, but the coroner said there was no premortem damage to the bones, so that pretty well says it was not crushed or broken.

I can't think of anyway a drowning would show up with no soft tissue. There would be no lungs for evaluation.

I think you are exactly right. She was hoping the body would not be found at all, but if it was she wanted it to be long enough the soft tissue was completely gone.

I am still thinking about the pesticides they took from the Anthony house. If she or someone sprayed those on the body to kill the maggots and/or flies, it will show up and that would tie the house to the murder.  I also believe there is evidence in the maggots they got out of the car and on the bag. There are many cases where the maggots had the drugs in them that the body had been given.

If you notice there has been no document releases on any of the the forensic entomology.

babies bounce..not to sound crass, but their little bones don't harden and fuse for about the first three years.  it could happen..but why do we think that casey strangled her?  there is no soft tissue left.  she could have beat the snit out of Caylee as far as we know.  just because there were no broken bones (that we know of, but on the other hand her little bones were scattered all over the place)  doesn't mean that there wasn't brain damage, internal bleeding, etc..

I totally agree. What I am thinking about is "they" know there was damage and they are now afraid of what it will disclose.  

I have been trying all evening to determine what an autopsy of the bones would show that they don't want disclosed. Of course the DNA would be there, but cremation would not matter in that instance because they would keep other samples for later.

All I have been able to think of is if there was prior healed breaks, or if the body was cut up in some way. Does anyone else have any ideas?

I think I am stuck on Duct tape. Not to say I don't think Casey might have knock the crap out of Caylee before she did it. I don't know if Caylee was past the point of shaken baby syndrome or not. She was still such a baby. There might have been bruises and contusions that Casey didn't want anyone to see. It has really peaked my interest that the autopsy is so many pages. Dr G is usually very thorough, but in my experience, a normal autopsy report is just a few pages long. I doubt if the autopsies in the OJ case were that documented. JMO

Turbo I agree that the pupae recovered will tell many secrets.  I wrote a post some time ago about the three stages of maggots to fly, timeframe between each stage and generations.  They basically are what they eat and if there was drugs ingested they should show up via maggots.  Not sure how to pull up old posts but if someone is so inclined it may help with this discussion.

Casey Anthony's parents will be back in court Friday morning trying to prevent the release of Caylee Anthony's autopsy.
Brad Conway - attorney for George and Cindy Anthony - told ABC's "Good Morning Amercia" that his clients want to keep the autopsy report out of the media's hands.

"They don't want to listen to the constant speculation over the next year about what is and what is not contained in that report," Conway said.

Conway said releasing it would cause great pain for the Anthony family. Therefore, they argue the autopsy shouldn't be release to the public until Casey's trail.

Media outlets, led by the Orlando Sentinel, have argued that it is public record and should be released.

The hearing starts at 11:00AM. We're told Casey Anthony will not be there.

Do we know for certain which type of Power of Attorney Cindy had/has ?  If only limited, then it was drawn up to carry out one specific transaction in Casey's stead - no doubt the mortician had to have a legal signature in order to proceed. 

If Durable - then Cindy has the legal power/right to act in Casey's stead forever, making decisons, and in control, without legally having to consult with anyone;   Be careful when/if you grant anyone a Durable Power of Attorney, for then you have lost control.  Only someone trustworthy should be considered.

Owing to the fact that Casey doesn't have the brightest bulb for a lawyer, it is hard to say. I'm gonna guess it was limited. With the hatred between the two camps, surely even Bozo would be careful about that. And remember, Conman didn't even present the Power of Attorney to Strickland at the time of his motion. Strickland just took his word for it. Plus the fact that he filed his motion to the SA instead of to the Media. He has already cut him a lot of slack, too much in my estimation.

If the Anthonys had that durable POA, I think they would have already played that card a long time ago. I think they would have been throwing their weight around even more. And at that point, I don't think Bozo could keep them from seeing Casey.  I believe Bozo is standing firmly in the jailhouse door and is who is keeping them away.

b)they've been all over the country, driving race cars, then in the so called depth of despair the next day
c)the memorial was more a tribute to casey than to Caylee
d) the sale of pictures of Caylee ( that money went to them, not to charity nor defense fund or we woulda heard about it)
e)how can they literally be walking in the grounds where Caylee's body was thrown? That would be anguish, but they went
    out there of their own free will, hatefilled and determined that CA will decide if there's tributes to Caylee

When a person gets older it's good to have a trusted family member [ usually ] that you can grant a Durable to, to handle your affairs, long before you die and thereafter.

I find it truly odd that there was such a fluttering dustup during that period after Caylee was released for burial and have wondered if Baez did not execute the paperwork properly.  That was weird.

Yep, you are right. And that would involve the bones that were left for autopsy. I am thinking that the Anthonys have already seen the autopsy and know what is there that they don't want known. I don't think it is a fear of what might be there.  Rather what they KNOW is there.

Do we know for a fact that a POA wasn't presented at some point in time, though ?;  Considering Judge Strickland's Bar Complaint regarding Baez is still pending, and remembering the histronics Baez has exhibited, I think Judge Strickland is a pretty shrewd cookie.  And he doesn't seem to miss much and he has integrity.

Whatever it is that Cindy & George are dreading will be revealed, it must be bad.

Mother Charged With Murdering Toddler

ORLANDO, Fla. -- According to an interview two days after Caylee Anthony was last seen alive, Casey Anthony borrowed a shovel from a neighbor.

Anthony's travels on June 18, 2008, put her near the area where Caylee's body was found six months later, Local 6 reporter Tony Pipitone said. Caylee was 2 when she was last seen alive on June 16, 2008.

The same day last summer, neighbor Brian Burner said Anthony asked to borrow a shovel.

"Casey had approached me and said that she couldn't find the key to their shed and wanted to know if she – if I had a shovel she could borrow to dig up a bamboo root that she's been tripping over," Burner told investigators in an interview last July.

Burner said he gave Anthony the shovel and her demeanor appeared normal, but the fact that she had backed her car up to the family garage was unusual.

"She took the shovel and she went back – I believe she walked back through the garage, because I'm pretty sure the garage door was open at that point. Her car was backed in," Burner said.

According to discovery documents released by the prosecution, the garage she was backed up to contained garbage bags with yellow ties like the ones found with Caylee's body in a wooded area off Suburban Drive, which is a few blocks away from the Anthony's home east Orlando. The garage also contained a laundry bag that was the same brand as the laundry bag found with Caylee's body.

Cell phone records show Anthony was near the area where Caylee's body was dumped around 4 p.m.

After testing samples from the trunk of Anthony's car, scientists said that a decomposing body may have been lying in the trunk for around two days.

Scientists' conclusion about Anthony's trunk may never be heard in court. The opinion may not be reliable enough for a judge to allow it to be used as evidence.

In addition, cell phone pings do not prove anything except that her phone reached certain towers at certain times.

Anthony is being held at the Orange County Jail. She is charged with first-degree murder in her daughter's death.

A hearing on Caylee Anthony's autopsy report will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. George and Cindy Anthony want the report sealed until the murder trial because they say hearing the repeated details will cause them anguish. Their daughter, Casey, is charged with murdering her child, Caylee.

WFTV-Channel 9's Kathi Belich summed up the contradiction of the grandparents' position in this well-publicized story: "The Anthonys are now saying they are too upset for us to see the autopsy report."

WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said the grandparents had no legal standing in the case and predicted  the judge will release the autopsy, a public document. Belich said the hearing might last just 15 minutes.

WESH-Channel 2 reported that Casey Anthony won't attend the hearing. "Those who've seen the autopsy report tell me that there's nothing in it that really resembles a smoking gun of any sort in the overall case against Casey," WESH's Bob Kealing said.

George or Cindy Anthony might take the stand in the hearing, their attorney, Brad Conway, told Kealing.


Kealing also talked to a journalism expert who said the Anthony coverage has been overblown but who also predicted that the judge would release the autopsy.

"We have a very open system in Florida, and we work really hard to keep it that way," said Al Tompkins of the Poynter Institute. He said the Anthonys' argument of suffering anguish isn't enough to block the autopsy's release.

WKMG-Channel 6's Tony Pipitone reminded viewers that Casey Anthony borrowed a shovel from a neighbor a year ago on this day. She also backed her car up to the family garage. Using cell phone pings, Ping explained where she might have been that day. The report is part of Pipitone's continuing Timeline feature on important days in the case.

A former Orange County jail inmate, who told The National Enquirer that she saw Anthony being restrained, talked to WOFL-Channel 35 in an exclusive interview yesterday. Teri Narsesian wouldn't say whether she had been paid for the article. The jail said she had to be delusional or lying to make the comments about Anthony; Narsesian said she was neither. But she abruptly cut off the interview when reporter Tom Sussi brought up her troubles with the law.

But the report can have a lot of detail. It can have a lot of detail that can be graphic, that could provide -- create a lot of anguish.

And it could get -- imagine a report that would describe, say, a broken or cracked femur or a fragment of a rib or a ruptured eye. Those are the sort of details that families really have a tough time with when they`re going through the natural grieving process.

BROOKS: I want straight out -- I want to go back to the attorneys. Bill Sheaffer, defense attorney and legal analyst for WFTV, Sue Moss, family attorney and child advocate, Chris Amolsch and Tamara Holder.

You know, I`m kind of torn in this -- in releasing of this autopsy. You know, yes, it could lead more -- give more anguish to the family, but then on the other hand, do we really need to know this right now? Just wait for it to come to trial?

Chris, what do you think about this?

CHRISTOPHER AMOLSCH, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: I think the judge isn`t going to seal the autopsy results because of the anguish it`s going to cause the grandparents. I think the public interest in knowing what happened is going to override that. He might do it to protect the fairness of the trial, but he`s not going to do it for the grandparents.

BROOKS: Sue Moss?
SUSAN MOSS, CHILD ADVOCATE, FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY: The Anthonys have been on television every chance they get, now they want confidentiality? What, the cat got their autopsy? This is just ridiculousness. There`s been so much media, put everything out there so that we don`t have any false information and that`s the best thing for justice.

BROOKS: Bill, you`re down in that area. You know? And what`s the thought of the general public? Do they really want to know all the gory details of the autopsy report?

BILL SHEAFFER, DEFENSE ATTORNEY, WFTV LEGAL ANALYST: The public wants the autopsy released, absolutely. And a good point`s been made here, which is, look, we have had descriptions of what`s contained in the autopsy. It`s not going to contain any pictures.

The grandparents really don`t have standing to argue that this shouldn`t be released. There`s no legal basis. Anguish is not a legal basis to stop the publication of this public record. And if the Anthonys are so traumatized by this, quit going on national TV and talking about and don`t watch television or don`t read about it. That solves that problem.

BROOKS: Yes, you know, I have to agree with you. Look, you know, if you`re under that much grief and anguish, you know, why go on national TV all the time and just bring it up again?

Tamara Holder, what say you?

HOLDER: I say that these autopsy results stay out. The judge needs to seal them. Maybe the grandparents don`t legally have standing, but, you know, the judge needs to protect the fairness of Casey Anthony`s trial.

Whether you think she`s guilty or not, she needs a fair trial. And that is what is important here. And the judge must seal whatever it is to keep this fair trial.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The attorney for George and Cindy Anthony will ask a judge at a court hearing on Friday to block the release of Caylee Anthony's autopsy results.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m., and it will be streamed live on ClickOrlando.com.

Brad Conway, the attorney representing George and Cindy Anthony, said his clients want the report kept private to prevent them from further anguish.

Casey Anthony, 23, is not expected to be in court for the hearing. She remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in a wooded lot near the home they shared with her parents, George and Cindy Anthony.

Casey Anthony has pleaded not guilty to the charges, saying she left her daughter with a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez at an Orange County apartment complex. Casey Anthony said the two were gone when she returned to pick up her daughter.

Watching the Anthonys go on TV, tell lies and continually forget about Caylee and the terrible things that happened to that child, is causing me a great deal of mental anguish.  Can we just lock them up so I don't have to be under such distress? 

Have their lips sealed, their superior attitudes adjusted, and their presence required at a behavioral unit, after throwing them and Casey in a ring, lips flapping, and letting them have at it. 

Nurse Ratched vs. Nurse Crotched.  Let's see how they really act when they are with each other.  They can use George as the mat, they walk all over him anyway.  The boogie woogie bugle boy can get up and show everyone his dirty tissue during intermission.  After it is all over, Laughing Lee can rip up all of the signs and dump all the sodas on the ground.  A normal day with the Anthonys.

Poor Caylee, every child's nightmare came true for her, she actually lived with the boogie man, and he has the snot rag to prove it.   

It is pretty bad when a skanky alleged perp, child abuser, child neglector, child killer, and known liar, thief, and death row candidate can't even stand to have you visit, or even look at you.  You were the ones who gave her life, and with one giant push, you may have started the ball rolling that would eventually run out of control and take not only her life, but your "beloved' Granddaughter's, too.

The best time for the Anthonys to insure avoidance of the public's reaction at viewing the autopsy report, has long passed.  It was when Casey started with behavioral issues that needed medical attention.  Instead of getting help, they added coal and fire to Casey Jones as she came barreling down the track, until she reached the end of the cliff, and tossed her innocent passenger into hell.  The good Lord reached in and scooped Caylee up with his tender hands and wrapped his eternal arms around her. 

Thank you God, for never forgetting or neglecting your children, holding them in your loving arms, eternally healing them from the scars left by selfish earthly parent(s).

Why the in camera?  Is this their way of making sure that we do not see Geo and Cin go on the stand to answer the Judge's questions?  I really want Cindy to go on the stand today.  Her control issues may come to a full roaring boil this morning if the Judge says the right words to set her off.  I can see her ripping into him like she did in the phone messages we heard she left for Yuri and TM.

I think the in camera is a ploy, yet another underhanded move by Conway to "backdoor" Judge Strickland sealing the report.
He thinks if he has Judge review it in camera, it will appear inflammatory to Casey's ability to obtain a fair trial and he will seal it based on that. He HAS NO STANDING. NO STANDING. NO *&%$%*& STANDING to do that either.

Casey, through Baez is the only person that has the legal right to move for the autopsy reports sealing until trial, and frankly, under this judge, she would get it. She's not. She wants it out there for a reason, the same reason the Anthony's do not.

Capp is right I'm afraid, expect the drama this morning, although I pray Strickland cracks the whip; it is time.
I predict it will be released by the afternoon. If not, expect my coverage of it to contain words not suitable for children and probably anyone with high blood pressure. PPPPPFFFFTT

Yes, the Earnhardt case was in Florida. But it was about the autopsy photos being showed. In this case it is just the report, so I don't see no reason not to release it. The photos will be used at trial.

I thought the Earnhardt case only had to do with the pictures not being released.  But I could be wrong.  One of the smart Monkeys can clear it up for us.

I just have a second before I have to sign-off for awhile, but I was just wondering if the only purpose of this in-camera thing is a way for the As's to add more drama to their appearance.

In my humble opinion, this whole stupid hearing thing today is a setup to intentionally give the As's more free publicity.  Even though I won't be able to watch it live, I expect Sindy to stick her finger in her eye and give another one of her (un-standing) performances of attempting to be grief stricken.  And, of course, GA will be looking down at the floor, counting spots or whatever he sees down there.

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - During a motion hearing this morning, a judge will determine whether the autopsy report of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony will be released to the public.

The attorney representing George and Cindy Anthony filed a motion on June 10 to prevent the release of the report because the information contained inside “will cause great anguish to the Anthony family” who are still struggling with the loss of their only granddaughter.

The motion reads that the two understand the report will eventually be released during the murder trial of their daughter, Casey. Releasing the information now would “cause endless comment and speculation in the media and public forums.”

Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland is scheduled to rule on the motion during this morning during a hearing at 11 a.m. The hearing is not expected to last more than 30 minutes.

Jail officials said Caylee's mother, Casey, is not expected to attend. Casey has pleaded not guilty on charges she killed her daughter and says a baby sitter kidnapped her toddler. Prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty if she is convicted of first-degree murder.

Caylee was last seen a year ago but she wasn't reported missing until a month later. Her remains were found in woods near the family's home.
