Grr...HLN is out of control with the commercials.

No Mason at the sidebar, from what I can see...  Bill S. said earlier that it's too late in the trial for him to be excused or fired (I forget the exact wording he used).. my guess is Casey was pi$$ed about the papers filed re: competency, and she more or less revoked his privledges 

And maybe he doesn't want to participate anymore because of the way that the trial is going ?

I wouldn't blame him in the least.

I wonder if HLN knows that we want to see every second of what is happening in the courtroom......and not any of their thoughts or commercials.  It amazes me that they can
choose to cut into some of the most interesting material being presented.

Sad fact is....While we watch this video Caylee's little body is still laying out there in that swamp, or at least what was left of her, in Nov. 2008 

is the defense nuts putting the private investigator who worked for them on this case (regardless of the falling out) this close to the body before it was "discovered".   Is it believable that George would know where Kronk stashed the stolen body.  Is it believable Kronk would have given them the location of the body before his big ordeal of "discovering" it.  I dont' see this helping them.  To me it would scream Casey told somone where the body was.

I disagree with all of the buzz about Casey possibly wanting to take the stand. By all appearances Casey is VERY prideful and very self-absorbed. Can you imagine how humiliating it would be to get on the stand and be grilled over the many lies she has told, such as the non-existent Zanny? That would be a major blow to her ego and I just don't think she would subject herself to that.

She would tell lie on top of lie - it would be a spectacle.

In the last couple of days she has been looking at people strange - almost paranoid acting.

I don't think she would be humiliated at all....after all...this IS HER STORY!  IMO she would love to get on the stand and throw everyone under the bus!!

I think Cindy or Lee or both knew where Caylee might be.  If George had had a clue, he'd have gotten Caylee out of those woods, imo.
