Remember the old "she served her probation while in jail" bit?  That's why no violation and I'm convinced now that the killer will be off probation come next Tuesday.

SD's Caylee Anthony Law Has First Test

SIOUX FALLS, SD -
This week’s arrests following the death of two-year-old RieLee Lovell are the first since a new South Dakota Law makes it illegal not to report a child's death.

The law went on the books officially July 1. Authorities believe Lovell died July 3. But, her body was not discovered until July 4.
 
While debated in Pierre last session, it was known as Senate Bill 43. But it's commonly known as South Dakota's Caylee Anthony Law, named for the Florida girl who went missing in 2008 and who's mother, Casey Anthony, didn't report the disappearance for 30 days.
 
South Dakota’s law states parents, guardians, and caretakers who knowingly do not tell authorities about a child's death for six hours can be charged with a felony. It also addresses missing children. So, when the adult responsible for a missing child fails to report the child is missing within 48 hours, they can be held responsible under this new law.

Details about the 11 year-old boy involved in the Wager case are scarce because he is a minor.  Police found the two-year-old's body wrapped in a blanket in a closet.

I have to say I admire anyone who can sit through Bozo's reviews or listen to him talk cause me personally I cant stand his voice or his smirkiness.
You all know I lost my mom in Dec and since then went through a rough time of it and have finally moved into my own home. I have no desires to read his book or do I care what he has to say, if he comes on tv I will surf channels a few and find something different to watch.

Karma will take care of all of them meaning CA and the Anthoneys, Bozo and Jarhead, just keep watching

Another 158 Kindle copies have been sold in July to date.

Obviously, the NY Times Bestseller List is NOT reflective of overall sales.

Baez represented Casey Anthony, the Florida woman who was tried and acquitted in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, last summer.

Zimmerman quotes O'Mara as saying, "if you want him to be co-counsel just have him be your counsel because I will excuse myself."

Zimmerman in the recording said, "I told him no, absolutely not."


    Baez is still out there trying to get the high profile cases.
