oh oh JP Chatt's name brought up .. remember how I used to think he was Caylee's daddy? I still wonder ...

I have always thought that too!

I've always believed JP was Caylee's father.  They just look too much alike in a lot of different pictures.  

Wonder if he is if they will say so?

WFTV legal analyst Bill Shaeffer said George Anthony was clearly in control of Baez's cross examination.

"Really, George took over the cross examination away from Jose as far as tempo mood and testimony," Sheaffer said. "George is a very powerful witness for the state. I believe the jury is starting to realize that this fabricated story of George being involved in the accidental death and cover up is nothing more than fiction." Judge Perry was becoming increasingly impatient with Baez's stunts.

"You've been told three times he can't remember. Move on!" stated Perry.

"You asked your lawyer..," Baez attempted to ask George.

"Do not go there! Next question! Baez, approach," Perry firmly told Baez.

Judge Perry sent the jury out to scold Baez about repeatedly trying to question George about the photo that's not in evidence, even after the judge had told him about it in a sidebar conference.

Sheaffer said it is very unusual to send a jury out and publicly scold an attorney.

We have been waiting for this kind of slap to JB for a L O N G time!   JP has the patience of JOB.....but I think he reached his limit this morning. However I think JB is not going to stop......I think he thinks he can push JP into a situation that would bring about a mistrial.....NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!

ohhhh he got the bruise in on Caylees eye i wonder how that happened

KC said she fell but I have always had my doubts about that because she had way too many bruises on her face in pictures. Small children her age fall, but they don't always hit their face. I had one who ran everywhere he went and it seemed as if he fell all the time, but I don't remember many bruises on his face. This child was an accident looking for a place to happen. He had bruises on his legs, on his arms a lot, on his noggin, but not the face.

I wondered why he said that when he wasn't asked.  I wonder if he witnessed abuse to Caylee or if he hates KC so much he wanted to bring it to the jury's attention. 

Or could it be the state might have hinted for him to say that? He was most abrupt the way he just spoke that out.

I think when Ricardo was asked what date the pic was taken, he was remembering the when Caylee had that bruise = January ... I don't think it was maliciously done by either Ricardo or the State.

Wasn't that the photo that JP allowed and said the court would photoshop the bruise out?  If so, oops!

While on lunch break, I have perused news articles etc. to read comments - I have yet to find one person who thinks Casey is innocent.  They all think she is a sociopath and liar. 

Oh yeah - they also think Bozo is a big boob!   LOL.

Reading stipulation that the bruise on caylees face was not from abuse. Judge will read it to jury after photo is published

Or, he could be worried that he's the next to go under the bus if the def tries to say he caused the bruise.

Didn't Casey claim, at one point, that the pics taken at Ricardo's place, were taken at "Zanny the Non-existent-Nanny's" house? KC already tried to throw Morales under the bus, and Cindy had gone along with it...pretty sure it came up in the jailhouse videos.

Yup, I think Cindy had claimed early on that that photo of Caylee with the drums was at Zannys but Ricardo had said "No those are the curtains from my apt in that photo" and when Cindy asked Casey about it, Casey claimed she was confused when she said it was at Zanny cuz Zanny has the  same drums.
