Caylee sighting photo taken at Florida Mall in Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Late Friday Cindy Anthony, grandmother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony, said that a photo of a possible sighting of Caylee was taken at the Florida Mall in South Orange County.

The photo was taken by a mall patron and given to D&A Investigations, Inc who is working with the Anthony family. When the photo was originally released Friday, the location given was a mall in West Florida.

D&A says the picture has been given to the Orange County Sheriff's Office and the FBI .

D&A is asking anyone with information on this possible sighting of Caylee to call 1-888-231-5618 or cayleetips@yahoo.com.

From the video another sighting of "Caylee":

This child is younger than Caylee.  It looks like they are turning up the heat.  Keep your little ones out of camera range.  This is a dangerous practice anyway, but around Christmas, it becomes even more dangerous.  Why televise these pictures?

GOOD MORNING ALL!!
Did i hear GA correctly last night? He said that Casey's ID, driver's license etc. was all in the purse that she left in the car at the Amscot? If so, I believe that she already had another ID, SSN, with a different identity that she was going to use, had she not been caught. I also believe that Casey & Lee were able to talk to each other before she was taken to jail & that he went to the apartment where she was staying specifically to remove incriminating evidence! He screwed up the laptop & disposed of any ID & anything else that Casey had possession of there. Then he brought home the things that had no significance. I believe he should be charged as an accessory, his time is coming, and I'm sure the FBI has told him so.

I caught that regarding Casey's driver's license.  I'm not sure what to think about it.

As far as Lee, I agree completely!

Oregon Woman Loses $400,000 to Nigerian E-Mail Scam
Monday, November 17, 2008

SWEET HOME, Ore.  —  An Oregon woman who is out $400,000 after falling for a well-known Internet scam says she wasn't a sucker or an easy mark.

Janella Spears of Sweet Home says she simply became curious when she received an e-mail promising her $20.5 million if she would only help out a long-lost relative identified as J.B. Spears with a little money up front.

Spears told KATU-TV about the scammers' ability to identify her relative by name was persuasive.

"That's what got me to believe it," She said. "So, why wouldn't you send over $100?"

Spears, who is a nursing administrator and CPR teacher, said she mortgaged the house and took a lien out on the family car, and ran through her husband's retirement account.

"The retirement he was dreaming of — cruising and going around and seeing America — is pretty much gone for him right now," she said.

Real nice. I have to wonder if she even bothered to ASK her husband:

Wife: "Hey honey, can I clean out your retirement account for somebody we've never met before, and have absolutely zero proof of their existence?"

Husband: "Oh sure, dear! While you're at it, here's another swell idea! lets take a lien out on our car!"

Wife: "Oh wow, sweetie! Just imagine how well we'll be rewarded for our stupidity good deed!

Does this PI firm have someone sitting at the Florida Mall all day just waiting for brown haired, brown eyed, close to 3 yrs old, little girls to show up so they can snap pictures to create "reasonable doubt"?  ggeezzz ... IMO this one doesn't look much like Caylee at all ...

Where is mall security at this mall?  Why doesn't these people contact them?  No they take pictures, go home, look up D&A investigations on the computer and send them the picture ... yeah ... ok ...

Maybe someone is starting to "mess with" George and Cindy and just sending bogus pics ... playin a sick game ...

Well on this case with George and coming up with that excuse if it was an email it could be found however it is not really important. I really think he should have stuck to the gambling story. This just makes him look stoopid.

I have a brother who fell for one of these..I should rephrase that....a STOOPID brother who fell for one. He never has a dime and always looking for some easy way to make one. I don't know how much he sent but he showed me a stack of postal money orders that were sent to him....all worthless. He was so embarrassed he didn't report it. That is STOOPID too. I could only comment "Wow that is something isn't it?" The third time was a charm in my family because I have 2 brothers older than me and I really think the other brother would have done the same to make a dime. I got the brains and the enquiring mind. color]

I don't think her ID was in the purse when GA picked up the car. When Lee got her stuff from Tony's and he and Cindy went through it her ID was there.
I just wish I knew where all Lee went that night because it took him 2 hours to return with the stuff.
I wonder if he went to his house and washed her clothes and that is why they were folded so neatly. I do beleive he trashed the computer.
I hope LE got his phone records too to see if it was on in those hours just to see where he all went and for how long he stayed in one place.

Morning to all monkeys

GROUP RELEASES "CAYLEE SIGHTING" PHOTO
Even though the evidence shows little Caylee is dead, her grandparents are still claiming she's alive.

Friday, a group representing the family, The Help Find Caylee Search Team, released a new picture (see photo) of what they call a possible sighting of Caylee Anthony at the Florida Mall in Orlando on October 16.

It's the latest in a series of possible sightings that, so far, have turned out to be unfounded.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office blasted the Anthonys after the release of that picture. The Sheriff’s Office said it’s not looking for Caylee. Representatives said, “We are confident that she (Caylee) is dead.”

The Sheriff’s Office went on to say that it’s sad that the Anthonys, “can’t look at that picture and tell that it is not their grandchild.”
The statement also said it’s a shame that innocent children’s pictures are being released as tips.

Hell you would have thought that the person that took that pic would have taken one of who the child was with, contacted mall security,  something more than just taking a fuzz pic  GRRRRR

I just got in the door a few minutes ago and ... have not had time to listen to the Cindy/George FBI recordings but ... a friend from the Seattle left a message on my voice mail.  She has digested these recordings already and ... has begun some analysis.

1.  George stated to the FBI agent that on June 24th Casey took the gas cans out of a bin that was inside the trunk of her vehicle.

2.  Cindy itemized to the FBI agent what was inside the trunk when Casey's vehicle was retrieved from the tow yard on July 16th.  Apparently there was no bin mentioned.

Can anybody confirm this?

Thank you.

Janet

BUMPED

I just listened to Georges FBI interview, and YES he did mention that when he opened the trunk that there was a blue container in there, actually he said to the FBI agent..refreshing his memory...about the one I told you about earlier.

Not to get off topic here, but I was just looking at the 3 pics on the Main page...one of Caylee and two of the sightings.  The sightings, if they are to be the same child...why are there a difference in the clothing.  Did they follow this child again...

I noticed a posting earlier making reference to 1200 pics taken off of the computer, not sure if Casey's or the home computer.  Anyhow George made mention of these 1200 pics and also said that he did not tell Cindy nor Lee about them.  What are these pics????  Are they porno pics, has anyone seen them, or have a link to them??

Sorry, for the three topics
Thanks

Thanks GramaMonkey

As Beth Holloway would said, "Greta, this is huge."

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BLUE BIN?

I have had a busy day.  I will listen to the FBI interviews with Cindy and George tomorrow.  I hope some transcripts will surface.

GOOD NIGHT MONKEYS!  GOOD NIGHT ZOO KEEPERS!

Janet

I thought this was a collapsible bin.  Anyone?

Bearlyhere ... I must have missing the discussion on the forum regard the topic of the blue bin.

On the August 6th Greta show ...George never mentioned seeing a blue bin inside of the trunk of Casey's vehicle on June 24th.  This bin was not among the items that Cindy itemized on the recent release of police interviews.  Where did it go?

Janet

GEORGE ANTHONY: And I said, Really? She says, yes. I said, Interesting. And I just said, Hey, by the way, I said, I'm getting ready to rotate your mom's tires on her car. There's a little metal wedge that fits underneath your tires so your car doesn't rock back and forth. And I said, Well, I'd like to have it, so in case you're not here over the weekend, I'd like to be able to do it.

She was hesitant about letting me get in the car. And I said, Well, listen, I got an extra key. I'll just go get it. Well, she was adamant about -- about that.

VAN SUSTEREN: What, not letting you into the car?

GEORGE ANTHONY: Yes, didn't want me to get into the car to get the stuff out. Dad, I'll get it for you. Dad, I'll get it out. I said, It's no problem. I know where it's at. I'll get it, get it out and be done with it.

So as we're walking out through the garage, she's still telling me, Dad, I'll get it. Give me a minute, I'll get it. I said, Casey, I'm capable of reaching inside your car, and I got it. So -- and she opened up the trunk of the car...

CINDY ANTHONY: The gas cans were there.

GEORGE ANTHONY: (INAUDIBLE) The gas cans there. She's the one that took the gas cans.

Bearly - yes they keep calling it a blue collapsable bin.  I just wish I knew what size they are referring to and exactly what it looks like.

Klaas ... according to George in the recently released interview ... Casey took the gas cans from this bin.
