Happy court day. I have my popcorn, iced tea and Zoloft......I am ready. Hoping all we hear today is denied,denied,denied,denied. I just do not see Judge Perry reversing Judge Strickland's rulings.

Have missed posting with you guys, have been so busy for the last couple of weeks, only had time to read a little. Hope everyone had a Blessed Memorial Day. My thanks to all the Veterans and all of the troops fighting for our Freedom. God Bless the families of all our Armed Forces.

Hi Sunny, That is my usual daily fare anyway lol. You do not see me without my glass of tea. And have to have the Zoloft to survive day to day life .
I hate the early morning hearings but it seems like it is taking forever to be 2:00. Guess that tells me I need to be doing something around the house while waiting.

OMG!!! Someone help!! I'm totally out of Zoloft! I need some for the hearing! Come to think of it, I never had any... is there something close I would have in my med cabinet?  Oh shoot, can some monkey put one in a banana and slip it to me?

TruTV discussing Joe Jordan's recording & why the defense wants it.   

1)   He is not an expert of anything
2)   Why did he go to the defense?
3)   The recording is illegal
4)    He cannot affirmatively say he was in the exact spot where the later discovery was made
5)   His statement is his OPINION

Here's the thing I've been thinking about & TruTV Insessions touched on it.   The defense wants at least one juror to buy into the theory that someone else had Caylee when Casey was incarcerated due to others sending in tips of possible sightings.

Earth to the defense, then why is it NO ONE saw Caylee with Casey or otherwise between 6/15 - 7/15   Hmmmm?   Why did not one person know Casey was looking for her alleged missing daughter?  Yea, good luck with that!
