Mark Lippman said that he cant go into attorney/client privilege but what we see speaks volumes.  The family is going to look at her mental evaluation, she isnt insane but obviously there is something wrong for her to have done the things she has done, leaving it for the jury as far as justice being served.  They feel she needs help....well she can get that help behind bars & never see the light of day again.

From that I take it they will not stand in the way of justice but will plead for her life at the end.  Also, his words tell me that they know she murdered Caylee.

Rob Dick and Leonard Padilla are on now live (Fox cable)

Leonard was able to get all of this info from Kronks estranged family... If Kronk was so estranged from his son and didnt get along with his ex... would he tell them anything.. I smell BS.. I DO think it is possible his GF that worked at the jail clued him in

That is what I took it as too...I think they will plead for her life, but are expecting her to be convicted...

One would think so, unless the duct tape ripped them out before that could happen. I admit that I haven't read about the duct tape hairs yet. So, I honestly don't know.

I don't know if these are Caylee's hairs ,they were from evidence that was released.
But why would they check for a death band when they found a dead Caylee that doesn't make sense to me . Checking in the trunk for a hair with a death band means she was in the trunk.
