Didn't you post somthing earlier about Tammi admitting to a reporter that she lied to police a bout that Cherry guy and why it was on the papers. I cant remember where I saw that.

Wow, they got a warrant to search the Smith home?

It would appear as they did, I wonder what was said in that interview with LE that TS had today? They have to have good reason for a search warrant, a judge would not sign off on one just because they knew the EJ and baby Gabe.

Cartfly - that is very true and we know that Tricia doesn't like links or reference to SM.  The important thing is finding Gabriel.  We all know that O4Bull is the one who found that Beth comment and it was a GREAT find!

Yes they were suppose to do a search in Wisconsin today from what I understood. I do know they got Beth's name and address  during the night

That has good information on search warrants as well. Also wanted to add, the procedure is different yet the same from state to state, if that makes sense. Basically since state laws vary so do the procedures from what I am learning, however, the requirements are the same.
