If this is denied, I wonder what their next mistrial/delay attempt will be?

I noticed in every case the judge read that the person was executed. Wonder if he is doing it on purpose to let KC know that they WILL execute her.

He is reserving ruling on the motion along with another defense request (before jury instruction)

Mason is present.   Casey laughed by what Mason said about being stuck getting in even after discussing whether she could live or die, go figure

Why is he reserving ruling?
And why did he say he would reserve it till we get to the verdict stage....IF WE GET THAT FAR????

Is he reserving ruling so they cannot file yet another mistrial attempt again until the verdict is ready?

When there is a court recess today ... check out FP, Casey Anthony Murder Trial: Kim Kardashian Says, “I Believe She is Guilty … “I Feel this Will be a Shocking Outcome”

http://scaredmonkeys.com/2011/06/29/casey-anthony-murder-trial-kim-kardashian-says-i-believe-she-is-guilty-i-feel-this-will-be-a-shocking-outcome/

Quote
Because Kim Kardashian says it, it must be true.

You have heard from the media, legal pundits, former judges and law enforcement regarding the murder trial of Casey Anthony in the death of her daughter Caylee Anthony, now we get the expert opinion of … Kim Kardashian. Huh?

Another news flash to Kim Kardashian, of course there are conflicting stories, that usually happens when one commits a crime, DUH! What criminal who is convicted ever actually tells the truth and admits what they did during a death penalty trial? Kim, waiting for an answer. Still waiting.

Hey Kim … stick to reality TV and buying shoes, please.

Note to Kim, reasonably doubt is not complete stupidity, now run along and be famous for no reason what so ever.

Her ridiculous comments have actually prompted a much larger and detailed post to come.

no just that issue. Each motion for a mistrial is seperate and based on a seperate issue.

Because she is presumed innocent until the jury rules she is guilty. I am sure that is all it is - he KNOWS she is guilty.
