One thing is for sure, though.

George can't deny the security gate records and text messages. I have known people who have gotten divorced over a lot less.

He should have been looking for Caylee.... not buying guns to threaten people and hanging out with Krystal-Slash from Guns 'N Roses.

I also don't like him because he spells crazy with a K. (see suicide note)

I agree carpe...and I know I am in the minority....but I believe MOST of what River said....I believe they had a sexual involvement, I believe she gave him money and he took it, the LE  tracked her down...she did not go to them....her sister is the one that contacted NE.....I could go on but most have already tarred and feathered her....I will say this I talked to her several times and her story had never changed.

I agree.  I also think that George had nothing to do with Caylee's death or disposal.  I believe he may have said that he "believed" it was an accident that snowballed out of control.  I haven't liked George or Cindy from day one and have never said otherwise.   I think they are both despicable.

I too think that is what he believe happened...he 'knew' she had done something...it has to be a lot easier to believe it was an accident than a murder. George and Cindy deserve each other as far as I am concerned and I hope they grow old together so they can continue to makes themselves miserable and not some other innocent person!! Notice NO FAMILY MEMBERS have been in the court to lend moral support to them or the KC....screams volumes!!! 

Omg I know! The fact that no family went for support is huge. People have to notice that. The jury has to see that nobody is there with the Anthonys but Lippman.

The jury wouldn't know if any family members are present now, or not.  But when the victim impact statement is given, they will notice then.  And please, please, please don't let Holly Gagne be one to speak for Caylee.  Gag.

i'm am sick of nancy grace acting like cindy lying on the stand for casey is acceptable in any way shape or form.  it digusts me.  Every criminal has a mother, if it is okay for moms to just start lying for their children in court then why bother.

Just curious but does anyone know if the smell of human decomposition is similar to animal decomposition?

Unfortunately it's not uncommon for rodents to be hit and killed on some of the road routes we run and I know that stink is distinctly recognizable...... just thinking it's likely most of the jurors have at least smelled a dead animal and if so they won't buy the rotting trash theory anyway.

  My neighbor about 8 houses down passed away in his home from a heart attack last July - a/c on, windows closed, etc.  He wasn't found for 4 days - the neighbor right next to him said he could smell something while mowing his yard the day before but couldn't figure out what it was.  So, if you can smell it under these circumstances I can't even think what it would be like in the heat.

 

That's what I thought- then started to think maybe human decomp isn't that bad, after that mass murderer, bodies buried in the yard story broke. The one not that long ago where a guy had like 18 bodies buried in his yard and for years him and all his neighbors blamed the stink on a nearby sausage plant. I still don't get that one.

I think those cans being opened would be an insurance liability for the state of Florida.  Waivers would have to be signed releasing the state from irreparable damages done to jurors.  JMO and lol.

The smell is also a subjective issue (to humans) that I would not tackle in a court of law if I was prosecuting the case.  Even if I say I smell human decomp someone else will smell pizza.

I was thinking when I was in the shower. THINK about this........what if you had never head anything much about this as most of the jurors claimed?  Just think what they have to be thinking about this family and all the people who have testified in this case.

We have a defendant who admits she told no one her baby was missing for 31 days and she told no one but partied until she puked. She lied for months about her baby being kidnapped and had LE chasing all over this country looking for this baby. She continued her lie while TES, LE and everyone else stomped in gator infested swamps to find a baby she had already killed.

We have a lawyer who claims the defendant was sexually molested from age 8 with NOTHING to back it up. We have an attorney who claimed that George Anthony found Caylee drown then covered it up and somehow gave the body to Roy Kronk to hide to get a reward which didn't exist for a dead Caylee. Then comes Cindy to testify lies after lies, Lee crying about not being included in this family, then we have a PI who was on Cindy's direction looking for a dead body almost exactly where it was found. etc. etc. etc.  Can you even begin to imagine what any normal person would think? Not saying all the jury members came from normal families, but I doubt many of them came from anything like this.

I was thinking unless that juror #4 who was a dumb as a box of rocks didn't understand any of this there will be a guilty verdict within hours. I pray this is almost a prophecy.

Excellent supposition. I think it should be a fairly quick verdict considering they've been heard laughing while their in their waiting room.

Captain Bozo sealed his OWN fate this afternoon! When he was arguing the State should have KNOWN Cindy was going to lie  -- he was basically saying HE knew she was going to lie as well. That should get him sanctioned/disbarred as well.

I thought that myself..................I thought he KNEW it was a lie and he went along with the lie just from what he said.

And these records must prove she was sending emails, logged onto her computer at work, etc., for this period of time that is critical, or they would not be fighting them so vehemently.

Me either Klaas.....she has had aample time to find out about that, this has been going on for 3 years and yu can bet if I had a conversation with my son and nhe passed away before I could ask himm any more she already had more then enough info to start looking way back then and that is exactly what I would have done, I would have remembered that conversation and I would have  wanted to meet the only part of my sn that was left after his death so.....No I dont believe her either!!!

I could only fight for Hailey at that time. When the trial started, I started watching it so I would be able to make a decision based on what the jurors heard. When I decided what my vote would be, then I started reading about the case.

It is a hundred times worse than any dead animal you have ever smelled.

There is really no way to describe it..but when you smell it, you know

So the state does their rebuttal tomorrow and does the defense do a cross or whatever it is called on the state's witnesses?

BTW  My granddaughter was riding her bike without training wheels and she fell and hit her nose it is swollen and very sore.  Thankfully we called our doctor after hours and they said that as long as she could breath okay out of her mouth no need for an ER visit but wants to see her tomorrow.  Poor baby I know she is going to have a black eye.  Thankfully her mom and me both were outside with her cause I may have panicked.

well   I simply see no reason for her to just now decide to come forward, like right now when the trial is going on and everything is in the news and stuff again....she has had plenty of time to do that......and if I may ask since you say you didnt know about this case until you started watching the trial.......what did you decide your vote would be if I may ask.
