http://www.escambiaclerk.com/MyImages/2005405777.pdf

$32,000 for a 1993 Pick up in 2005? Was it gold plated??? I have a headache.

Did you see what that other doc was on Bledsoe? It was involving a muder in WV and involved Fl.

Larry Plumley was found dead March 24, 2002, on his boat at Mahogany LaneLanding Marina Slip, Escambia County, Florida, unmarried and intestate. By FloridaState Medical Examiner's Office, he was deemed to have died by suicide from a20-gauge shotgun wound to the head, it was reported by one RP "Philip" Kingry, whowas in possession of the key to Larry's boat in dock in the Marina, that he had heardthat Larry had told people at the Marina that his mother had "just passed away."(Trans., p. 29; Plaintiffs Exhibit No. 1)

I think that Byrd filed the lien against Lynette for using one of the children's copyrighted names.

All of that copyright stuff that Byrd did was done under Admiralty Law.

I am probably totally wrong...just a thought due to her previous occupation.

Search for Pensacola suicide victim's kin turns up murdered mom

The Associated Press

PENSACOLA, Fla. - The search for a Pensacola suicide victim's family member led to the body of his mother, whom he apparently killed in West Virginia before returning here to take his life, authorities said.

Larry Mitchell Plumley, 54, was found shot to death Sunday on the 25-foot sailboat he lived on docked at a Pensacola marina. Escambia County sheriff's deputies said they found a 20-guage shotgun near his body.

The Escambia deputies then contacted the Raleigh County, W.Va., sheriff's office to find his mother, Margaret Plumley, 77, whose car was parked at the marina with another shotgun in the back seat.

When West Virginia deputies went to her home they found her body hidden in another building on the property. She had been shot in her house and then the body was dragged to the other building, according to an investigative report issued Monday.

Information from: Pensacola News Journal

Ok, question.............how on earth could this man be a debtor in the amount of 50mm to Byrd Billings?

You could be right as I thought I read that, but this looks weirder the more I did into it and I thought I read somewhere that Larry Plumley was the original one who owned the debt.

I thought the same thing at first. But now, after the Plumly docs, I am not so sure. Especially since he had a P'cola connection. Maybe coincidence, but now I don't know.  Were there other admiralty liens filed against other Child Protection Investigators? Do we have docs on any more of them?

It just seems like a very strange way to sue someone. The wording is very specific.

I don't think you can inherit a debt or that a debt can be passed down.

I am so confused!  Help!  Is that document claiming that Larry Plumley killed Margaret Plumley (wife?) & then committed suicide?  And Lynette Yvonne Bledsoe (the former DCF employee) was their daughter?

I should have added....when no tangible property is involved.
If you inherit a house and money is owed on the house, you would have to pay the debt
to keep the house,  but it doesn't look like this man owned anything, since he died indigent.
