Does a good job... does have some side effects...
but WE still have to have the mental attitude to STOP.!!

I cut in 1/2 ...which was big for me .. even with feeling sick at times...
Had to start some other meds  and  it was just too weird all of the time.
Dropped the Chantix.. but plan on getting the mind right and hitting it again.

Well let me know when you are ready, and we can do it together...well 10 states apart!  I was down to 3 cigs a day...but, unfortunately, I had the wonderful tostito chips that are bite size.  Did you know you can eat a bag a day of those things?  Hum, maybe that was my tummy problem.  what ever, I want to try again.

Y'all - I used to teach a stop smoking program for a big hospital.

Sometime tomorrow I will put a list of stop smoking tips in the lounge for anyone who is interested in them. They always seemed to help our patients a lot.

please do. I am warming up for another try, but I need to go to the
doctor again. want to check out what is new and useful in the patch aisle also. the only thing lately is when I am around the newish baby, I don't even think of smoking. I didn't even realize it until my daughter said something ..... long time, no smoking ?? odd and i think i might go with that one....

No I am in Mesa.  I have cox though and thought that was me in Peoria as that is where they are located.

My location seems to float around. Sometimes the only place I can find near to me when I am on is someplace like Knoxville. I'm not sure I've ever seen it say Chattanooga, but I don't look that often.

Hi monks!  Just wanted to come out of lurkdom to say that I just celebrated (last week) one year of NOT smoking after 30 yrs of smoking.  If I can do it you can too!  I bought myself a funky/fun diamond ring.  It's better than a smoke ring!
