Do I have this right?  That the Prosecution has to turn over any depos and evidence it has, which then the public can see, but the Defense doesn't have to?  I'm very unclear on the florida discovery laws.  Will the Defense at some point have to make these depositions public before the trial? 

Yes, at some point the defense has to file them with the Court & from there they become public record.   Bozo will wait until the last possible moment unless it benefits his client & his case.

I do see her increasingly not so willing to defend George & Cindy any longer... praise be, thank goodness...that had me revolting every time she played that sympathy card knowing what we know.

Boozo is just not a likeable person.  I think a jury also has to like the attorney. He is also helping take away any sympathy or likeability for Skank.  He is just too arrogant and cocky.  He is not a likeable attorney nor do I even beleive that he is likeable outside the courtroom.

He stammers and twitches in court now, and it's only for motions!  Wait until the international madness of the trial gets started.  He won't be able to speak!

I love watching SA Ashton laugh at him during court.  He doesn't even try and hide it. 

Me too! He shakes his head when Baez speaks, then giggles! It's sad that I can't see what Judge Strickland is doing at the same time Ashton is laughing at Baez. Too bad they don't have a double screen on the video, like in baseball that shows the outfield and the batter at the same time. Strickland is probably rolling his eyes trying not to laugh at Baez. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall today during the depo.
JSM, I am worried about that creepy neighbor of yours.  Please carry something to protect yourself, like pepper spray or a mini taser.

I would have loved to been a fly on the wall too! Don't worry about me, even though the guy tries to be nice to Josef, Joe has a mean streak and will protect me from anything. But, I am thinking about getting a CCL. The only problem with that is I can't hit a target unless it is two feet away from me. Make a long story short, I can't aim for the life of me, and a shotgun is not legal as a concealed weapon.  Thanks for your concern 3 babies. I have been changing up my walking patterns.

Absolutely correct, neither is LKB.   They will absolutely try the patience of the jury & aggravate them to no end.   And God help them if they speak to them in a condescending manner which I totally anticipate they will.

There isn't a wig on this earth that would look like LKB's hair! Not even the poorest cross dresser in the world would wear that thing. If she wanted to wear a wig to court, she should get the powdered wig that the old time barrister's wore in England. JMO JSM

  My daughter has a Hannah Montana wig that looks very close to LKB hair.  I think I paid $6 for it.

Lawyers still wear those odd looking wigs here in Canada for the big trials.
They are made of sheeps' wool and are very hot as in warm, not like in a Paris Hilton kind of way. They are great for Halloween! 

Kat Gram, when I went to Washington DC, the only thing my 16 year old nephew wanted was a powdered wig like George Washington wore.

Also, I hate to admit that I used to watch Eastenders best soap opera ever made and I remember a courtroom hearing with the judges wearing these wigs.

If you can please direct me to a website, I would love to buy him one for his birthday. I would be forever greatful!

Yes, once Morgan gets someone to run to get them filed with the Court, once filed they become public record & the media will get them just like Lee's and Hoover's.    To date, there has been no disclosure of an agreement not to make them public, the only agreement that was reported was that no media would be allowed at the deposition itself.

  Will the tapes be released that day or will we have to wait? Any monkey have a hotline to Mr Morgan to find out when we will get to see them. I will need to take a day off work for these videos! 

I'm pretty sure Morgan will file them with the court as soon as they are completed just as he did for Lee's & Hoover's  & then they can be released.    Its gonna be a lot of transcript/video so we will be getting pieces all the day long into the next Im sure.  My guess would be that each will be deposed for a minimum of 3 hours.   I also anticipate that Brad "Conman"  object to quite a few questions that Morgan will have to certify & ask the Court for determination as to whether they will be compelled to answer any or all of them, be prepared to get a little aggravated.   Keep in my to pay attention to what gets objected to & O I cannot wait to see Cindy squirm & rant!

So I guess it shouldn't be a long video because of the objections? I hate the Ants!
