I keep thinking about that picture of the back yard with the plastic box, that would have been big enough to put the body for a short time.

Always...please tell me...what color was the box...TIA...Des

Thanks Klaas...do we have any indication..that box is missing?  TIA  Des

No, the box is there...that picture was taken by Greta's crew.  Cindy did make a point of saying the box had been moved away from the pool though.  It got moved again when the back yard was searched.

Thanks Klaas...Is there anything else on the box being moved away from the pool other than Cindy's saying so? Hmmm...I don't think the box should have been anywhere near the pool to start with. And Cindy makes a point of telling us it was moved twice. When was it moved the first time?

That box would be really tempting to an almost 3 year old climber.

Good Morning!

Hi Mum!

I thought that was a problem the moment I saw it and commented on it myself before Cindy did.  Seems she reads on the internet and then does the covering up the next day.  She just cannot stand for anyone to have a problem with her daughter.  First she alienated friends because of her defense of Casey and all she does, and if true, then she alienated family, then since Caylee has disappeared the family has alienated just about anyone else in the country,oh, that is except those getting paid to say otherwise.

Looks like Padilla didn't get his wish:

From NG last night
LEONARD: She`s wearing a bracelet that if she moves 150 feet away from the telephone, it`ll -- it`ll break the connection. Law enforcement will probably be there in three minutes. There`s no GPS. So she has to stay confined.

Wow! That was a ton of catching up here.

I wonder if Casey realizes that she's probably the most hated woman in America right now?

And that clip of Cindy threatening the reporters with the hose, OMG! That woman really has issues. I mean really. I did have to wonder where the family "spokesperson", the infamous Mr. Garrison, was for the homecoming. Geez, you would think as a professional spokesperson, this is probably the most important time that you would be needed. Oh, maybe he didn't get that memo!

I think Casey's family, Lee, Cindy & George, are going to continue to do damage and cause problems here. It seems to me if one of them had just said to the reporters, "Look guys, we thank you for all you've done in helping to get the word out but, we'd just like a few days to get Casey settled in and re-adjusted", they probably would have gotten a better response. No...not the Anthony clan. Throw  F bombs at the reporters, threaten to call the police, threaten to turn the hose on people, leave the house in another melt down and have sonny boy pick you up. I'm sorry, it's all about Casey to them right now and they've lost it.

I also think if I was Baez's wife, I'd be having a serious talk with my husband. I have NEVER seen an attorney act like he did with a client. The man is at the jail till the wee hours of the morning, calls her "my girl", cuddles her and makes an ass of himself over her. Something isn't right about this. I have a friend who is an attorney. I've known him for 30 years and we went out and partied together many times before we were married. Never would he act that way if he was representing me, even though we are very close, nor anyone else. It's just not ethical nor publicly acceptable to behave in this manner when representing a client.

That close attorney client thing going on had me squirming.  Did you see the great big smile on his face.  When she wanted out of the umbrella, he was pissed and actually shoved someone.  I think even Casey knew it was inappropriate, imo.

Ok guys have a question. What in the world makes you believe that George haad anything to do with this little girl being gone.Because he is the last one that saw her??? because he blew up at reporter? lets not forget the reasons behnd the blow-ups.day before caylee's Birthday. And I reported asking him if he thinks his grandchild is dead. He IMO is the only one who has showed any emotion in this case. Here are a few quotws from george

I've got to believe her. Do I believe she got involved in something? Possibly, I don't know."

He said he had no problem with law enforcement taking a pair of gas cans as evidence from his home on Friday

My gas cans were stolen on the 24th of June. There's a report on that," he said. "They just wanted to come in and line everything up. They're doing a thorough investigation. I said, 'You guys do what you need to do. Take the shingles off my roof to bring my granddaughter back.'"

Sources close to the investigation said George Anthony admitted to the FBI that, when he first smelled his daughter's car, he thought it was the odor of a body

It was an overpowering smell, I admit that," he said. "It's a possibility that maybe my daughter ran over something."

George Anthony also turned over a laptop used by his daughter.

George Anthony went with crime scene technicians to the house and let them into the garage. The couple continues to cooperate in the investigation.

This is a tough day for us today," Caylee's grandfather George Anthony said. "And if you guys have children or you are grandparents, you are going to understand (that) these days like this don't come around very often and when they do, they mean more than anything."

Ok I'm done you guys are great but IMO george did not have anything to do with this, can anyone provide a list of lies George has told other then telling reporters his daughter didn't take thr gas cans..Then recanted and told the truth?

GAS CAN CAPER

According to a June 24th report from the Orange County sheriff's office, George Anthony said someone stole two gas cans and

broke the lock to his storage shed to get them.

INCIDENT REPORT RE THEFT OF GAS CANS

http://elfninosmom.files.wordpress.com/2008/08/incident-report-re-burglary-of-gas-cans.pdf

On June 24th, George Anthony - Casey’s father and Caylee’s grandfather reported that two cans of gas were stolen from his

shed. The shed had been secured, and someone had broken into the shed, damaging the door and the lock. Police dusted for

prints, but found none. George Anthony told police he is willing to prosecute, and did not mention that his daughter was

known to steal gasoline from the family, though later this assertion was made via the media.

The family avoided the topic after court investigators did say Casey Anthony has stolen gas from her family before.

MORE EVIDENCED SEIZED FROM HOME

Orange County sheriff's investigators took more evidence out of the Anthony home Friday morning as they continue their

investigation into the disappearance of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony. Deputies showed up at the house around 10:00am and left

with two brown evidence bags which contained the gas cans..

POSTED: 5:56 am EDT FRIDAY August 1, 2008

http://www.wftv.com/news/17058741/detail.html

Friday, investigators went to the Anthony family home and removed gas cans. The cans were reported stolen in late June around

the time Caylee may have disappeared.

George Anthony said the cans were taken by a neighbor but admits his daughter had stolen gas from his home in the past.

Sources close to the investigation say they don't believe the cans were used to burn or destroy evidence. But investigators

do want to test the cans to see if they were near Caylee before she disappeared.

"We're passing information on that we get," said George Anthony. "What they do with it, I have no control over."

ATTORNEY DENIES RUMORED LETTER EXISTS

http://www.wftv.com/news/17084571/detail.html

George Anthony visited his daughter in the Orange County jail Sunday to try to get more answers about his granddaughter's disappearance. When he emerged from the emotional visit, he said he had learned nothing new. He did say that Casey had given her attorney a letter that possibly contained clues about Caylee's disappearance.

However, when Channel 9 talked to Casey Anthony's attorney, he said all of the talk about the letter is absurd. He said the letter doesn't exist and he never asked for one in the first place.

GEORGE ANTHONY: Yes, didn’t want me to get into the car to get the stuff out. Dad, I’ll get it for you. Dad, I’ll get it out.

I said, It’s no problem. I know where it’s at. I’ll get it, get it out and be done with it.

So as we’re walking out through the garage, she’s still telling me, Dad, I’ll get it. Give me a minute, I’ll get it. I said,

Casey, I’m capable of reaching inside your car, and I got it. So — and she opened up the trunk of the car…

CINDY ANTHONY: The gas cans were there.

GEORGE ANTHONY: (INAUDIBLE) The gas cans there. She’s the one that took the gas cans.

MORE EVIDENCE PULLED FROM ANTHONY HOME

A mob of reporters surrounded detectives Thursday when they took another bag of evidence from the house of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony's grandparents. The little girl's grandmother said she invited detectives over.

George Anthony, meanwhile, was less talkative than his wife about the flurry of activity at the house over the last 24 hours.

"We have cooperated more than a hundred percent with these guys. They're just going through their steps," he said.

"I called them today because I wanted to talk to them," Cindy said, declining to reveal what she wanted to talk about.

More evidence left the Anthony home Thursday, one large brown bag.

"It was follow-up from yesterday. We're trying to all work together as a team and I think we're doing a good job of it," Cindy said Thursday afternoon.

Thursday was the fourth time bags of evidence were taken from the Anthony house.

On July 18, investigators removed a shovel that Casey Anthony had borrowed from a neighbor.

On August 1, detectives removed two bags that contained gas cans that Casey Anthony had stolen from her parents.

*** On August 7, deputies took several small bags from the house,
the only time detectives had to get a search warrant. Every other time,
the Anthonys invited detectives in.

For all we know the 15th was the last Caylee was seen.  It was know they had a huge fight on that date and, as you said, why would she even want to go back the next day?  George is,once again, the only person who claims to have seen Caylee after the 15th.

she HAD to go back and pick up Caylee. We know she didn't take her to Tony's that night.

Oh crap, thats right.  casey didn't go along to see great-grandpa did she?

she spent the night with Tony...according to Clint...who seemed credible to me...so she would have had to go home next day...I am sure she waited until Cindy left..she doesn't want another confrontation...showers, changes...dresses as though going to work...picks up Caylee and out she goes.

If she was with Tony...and Clint says Caylee wasn't there and George says he saw them both...and Cindy heard them in the bedroom....where in the heck was Caylee all night?   Who put her to bed?  Read her a bedtime story?  Looked after her that night....if Casey was with Tony????
I'm thinking there never was a babysitter, never was a Zenaida.Cindy seems to work the day shift,George has a iffy work history.I think the Anthony parent's watched Caylee overnight while Casey slept at Tony's.I think Caylee slept at the grandparent's home the night of the 15th.What happened after that......I don't know.

I just think for two people who are supposedly being so forthcoming

with the investigation of their granddaughter...

They sure do a lot of cooperating right before

the cops would have no other choice but to

handcuff them for obstructing an

ongoing investigation.

They seem to get the truth beaten out of them.

They do not appear to offer it up until

they are left without any other alternatives.

I understood Cindy to say that the dogs hit inconsistently near the pool, but not by the porch box or where the shrub had been dug up.

2 Pizzas!!!!

"When you woke up today, did you ever think you would be in the middle of the biggest story in America?" WFTV reporter Steve Barrett asked the deliveryman.

"No, sir, I didn't," he said.

Eyewitness News learned late Thursday afternoon, the pizza was sent to the house from some folks behind an online blog. The pizza was allegedly sent with the message, "With love and decomp."

Then later, at dinnertime, a Pizza Hut deliveryman showed up at the house with pizza in hand, but the family turned him away.

Man sentenced to 15 years in death of girlfriend's daughter

Stephen Hudak | Sentinel Staff Writer
    August 22, 2008

TAVARES - Like a boxer trapped on the ropes, Nilton Diaz fought for his freedom Thursday. But he failed to convince a judge that he was innocent in the death of 2-year-old Noeris Vazquez, granddaughter of acclaimed Puerto Rican fighter Wilfredo Vazquez.

Diaz, 30, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for manslaughter.

He and defense lawyer Jos Baez proclaimed his innocence and blamed the child's mother, Samaris Bobe Silva, who participated in the proceedings by phone from her home in Puerto Rico.

"Ask God to forgive him because neither me or my family will," Silva told Lake Circuit Judge Mark Nacke through a translator.

The hearing in Lake County started about 40 minutes late, an accommodation for Baez, who was tardy because of obligations to Casey Anthony, 22, the mother of missing toddler Caylee Marie Anthony. Baez escorted Casey Anthony to her parents' home after her release from the Orange County Jail after 35 days in custody.

A jury found Diaz guilty of manslaughter and child abuse May 1 in the death of Noeris, the daughter of Diaz's girlfriend, Silva, and the boxer's eldest son.

Diaz had been alone with the child for less than 10 minutes on Feb. 11, 2006, when she apparently suffered a fatal skull fracture. Sheriff's detectives said Silva had gone to a grocery store.

"I feel this is a true injustice to me and my family," a shackled Diaz said in an impassioned appeal to the judge that accused Assistant State Attorney Bill Gross of "brainwashing" jurors and witnesses. "I did not do this."

A time-share salesman, Diaz moved his girlfriend, Silva, and the toddler into his family's home in the Four Corners area of Lake County -- against his parents' advice.

"I should have listened to them when they said, 'Don't,' " he said of his parents.

Prosecutors argued that Diaz caused the child's devastating injury in a moment of anger.

Baez called the sheriff's probe of the child's death "a one-night, one-sided investigation," suggesting the more likely suspect was the mother, whom he criticized as "cold" for not attending the hearing in person. He said she "couldn't even bring herself to cry" during her telephone testimony.

Vazquez, 48, who won boxing championships in three weight classes, helped to pull his son, Noe, away from Diaz's father, Daniel, after they exchanged insults in the courtroom.

Silva left Puerto Rico with her daughter to live with a cousin in Central Florida, where she planned to take classes to become a nurse. She met Diaz when she was working in housekeeping at a Disney-area resort.

Diaz promised an appeal.

The judge also ordered Diaz to reimburse the boxer for the child's funeral expenses of $16,865.

What Happens to Your Body after you Die
snip
The process of decay and break down of an organisms remains. Decomposition may occur very quickly, such as during a fire. However, if the organism is left lying on the ground, or is buried, then decomposition will occur much more slowly, and may require many days, weeks, or months to complete, depending on the size and composition of the organism. Various insects, such as ants, earthworms, woodlice, and dung beetles, as well as a host of microbes and other organisms play a part in the decomposition process.

the waste products of any material that has been consumed will be expelled and either decompose or be used by other organisms to sustain their life.

this could be what the dogs hit on BUT I'm still holding out for an ALIVE CAYLEE

Man sentenced to 15 years in death of girlfriend's daughter
