Sunny last I heard he was gonna be sued by Kronk. I think he will be questioned by Morgan soon. He made an offer in Haleigh case but havent heard anything new on him.

Baez To Depose Deputy Who 'Mishandled' Tips On Caylee Remains

ORLANDO --  Attorney Jose Baez returns to court Friday to depose the Orange County sheriff's deputy that may have missed an opportunity to recover Caylee's remains earlier.
   
Richard Cain was the deputy that responded when Roy Kronk first reported seeing something in the woods near Caylee Anthony's home.
   
An interview with Good Morning America, Kronk said Cain did not take him seriously.
   
Cain has since been removed from his uniformed duties and had to surrender his badge, gun, and radio.
   
Cain has been with the sheriff's office since June 2006.  He has prior complaints on his record for failing to follow through with investigations.

In a Thursday hearing, Baez said his expert found 17 strands of hair and several stains that the Orange County Sheriff’s Office never noticed in his client's car.

thanks MM.....Kronk was gonna sue him for what? JMO but I always felt there was something hinky about Kronk....too many things that have kinda of faded away from the forefront.....Kronk, Hoover, D. Casey, the so called physic he was on the phone with....did she ever produce her cell phone records? LP missing.....and now who's hair did Dr. Lee 'find' in the car? No word about the maggots? What about the so called detectives GA said were watching the people who kidnapped Caylee, the picture of the...... ahem....'real' ZG, BJ said they had...in a park I think. I have a list of loose ends and  I hate loose ends!!  But most importantly....WHO IS PAYING THE BILLS FOR CASEY...and why wasn't this issue taken up yesterday?
