hey - why would the lawyer leave her photos and name up on twitter and myspace?  I would've removed all that...

Just guessing here... her pic seems to show an average "all american" regular 15 yr old.. while the writings showed the 'darker side' of her.  Not at all in keeping with the 'sweet little girl' image the defense atty seems to be TRYING to go after in this case.   Wait til he catches wind of her YouTube hobbies and videos.  Poor man.  He's got his work cut out for him, chasing this 'sweet little girl' all over the net.

Am kinda thinking that troll the other night was of the defense atty's doing.  Sure sounds like similiar posting to what the atty has been quoted as saying in the news. 

And yep, very true!  He's gonna have to hire a legal asst. full time just to chase all that this 'sweet little girl' has been putting out on the net for sev. years now.  And like you said, won't be able to get it all.  Not before us anyway... 

 

And anyhow, we know who the troll was.....

Hi Jill, yes started at 83 or so... The Youtube profile is the 'smoking gun', if I were a betting man I would say Jefferson City High School and the 'now deceased' journalism teacher, had many signs of this troubled teen that they have ignored. Also the kids always seemed to be alone alot, they grandfather is a IT consultant that works out of town all week, and grandmother was running a day care out of the old house. I will keep within the mods rules and leave it at that.

Also everything everyone else said about Jefferson City is true, a great place to live, but lots of stuff swept under the rug. I have lived here 50+ years and seen alot. What is also sad is that the guy that owns the funeral home, and yes the horse carriage, was arrested a few years ago for molesting a teen boy. It did make the paper, but then he struck a deal and no charges were filed. He has some $$$ and everyone treats him like nothing happened... Makes me sick !!!!

Yes, it seems that several Jefferson Citians have posted on the Nancy Grace site and have inquired about possible cover-ups (with the teacher's suicide and someone mentioned a connection with Dale Olton being a POI in the Jasmine Haslag disappearance).  I posted on there Monday night when I was so angry.  All this happened with poor little Elizabeth's body being found Friday and on Monday night, Nancy was talking about the stupid balloon boy again, ad nauseum, and didn't even mention Elizabeth while I was watchng.  Grr....

I never did ferret out the more than one marriage for KB.  Or GB.  Or whoever it was who had more than one marriage, lol.

I believe that GB and the grandmother got married in CA, at least that is what I remember when they rolled into town about 5 years ago. I wish this board had PM, I will like to discuss the name of the grandfather with you Jill.

I live in the Jeff City area and am glad we have these kinds of forums to discuss this case, even if much of it remains "unverified" by officials. I have been puzzled by the lack of information from authorities and the complicity of the media. Not reporting the gender of the suspect was the first tip off that this is being unconventionally covered up. Regarding the involvement of the high school teacher who committed suicide, the paper reported today that the sheriff was at his memorial service and said he was "the last person to talk with Currie before he died Monday." Real interesting that the on-line version of the story in the JC News Tribune cut that part out of the article! Something very weird is happening here.

I can't remember where I read it, I am sorry. But it said he and the Sheriff were friends. And the he, Currie, had an incurable disease....cancer....I think and could not longer take it.  uummm now which is the real story???

from a friend of his, who said that Mr. Currie had looked sick all week, grey, vomiting, etc. Insists suicide not related to case. Supposedly Sheriff White and Mr. Currie were longtime friends.
As far as Juggalos-They are a group who listen to a 'band' called ICP 'Insane Clown Possee' and I don't think AB was
one of them. I don't know if anyone remembers the Tess Van Damm case- she and her boyfriend killed her mother-a friend helped hide the body-they helped each other because they were 'juggalos' which meant 'family' (to them) and they would do 'anything' to help another juggalo. They paint their faces black & white...the band is beyond
horrible. Not related to 'The Twilight Series' at all.

Welcome Shelby!  I agree, from all accounts Mr. Currie was a very much loved instructor.  I really doubt his suicide has anything to do with Elizabeth's murder.

Yes KB is the bio grandma.  GB is the step grandpa.  KB is the mother of MB who had all these kids.

Hi shelby. Welcome to SM. thanks for verifying what I read. For the life of my I can't remember where as I have been all over the internet today.  It kinds hit me in the stomach as I was really leaning towards him knowing something...sorry Mr. Currie....RIP
