Casey's High School Boyfriend To Be Witness
Defense Attorneys Say Man Can Confirm Date Of Diary Entry
POSTED: 5:04 pm EST February 16, 2011
UPDATED: 5:58 pm EST February 16, 2011

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense attorneys said Wednesday they plan to call Anthony's former high school boyfriend as a witness to further establish a passage she wrote in her diary.
 ::snipping2::
Video Report: http://www.wesh.com/video/26891494/detail.html

It can be attempted to be explained a thousand ways to Sunday but the fact remains the diary itself was not available for sale until well after 2003 - so go ahead but be prepared to get what is coming to ya

Bingo.
Come on! Does the duhfense really think everyone is as dumb as they are?
How will a boyfriend corroborate what she wrote (pretend for a moment that she had this diary in her possession in 03 before it was distributed to stores for sale? Maybe he stole it for her? I call BS).

Good Morning Monks-- Yes, Bearly, it is BS.  I suspose that her boyfriend (And was he lucky to get away from her clutches) will be called to testify that they broke up in '03 and that is the "Decision" to which she refers in the so-called diary.  Yet, don't they know the state can produce definitive evidence that the book was not available in stores until sometime in '04? They need to read the documents they receive from the SA or at least read the forums.  Many here know more about the evidence than Casey's defense team knows.   It is apalling that Baez and Mason seem to come up with a new theory every  other day and go off in an entirely new direction without even wrapping up their last theory; the shotgun approach, hoping one of the pellets will hit it's mark.  It is said that Mason has a good professional reputation.  Whatever he had, he's lost it now and thinks defending a child murderer will be fun.  Time to take down his shingle and put it away in a drawer somewhere.  It's sad that he doesn't know it's time for him to quit.  Whatever reputation he had going in is now lost forever.

Pssst!  It's Curly that was the writer of above the above.

Call me crazy, but I decided to re-read Cindy's depo with the State yesterday.
I did pre-medicate with a double dose of aleve.

If you're interested in reading Cindy's State depo about Chlorophil (Cindy's spelling) searches, here is the link.

http://www.wftv.com/pdf/21310276/detail.html

Starts on page 152

Exhibit #2 Page 184 is Cindy's spelling of Chlorophyll in her own handwriting (chlorophil)

IMO, she is full of BS>>>according to time sheets, Cindy was @ work when the searches for "how to make chloroform" were done on the computer. Casey DID NOT work, so the only sheets we could check would be her bed sheets.

If Cindy was truly looking for toxic plants that might be making her dogs sick, she would not be searching chlorophyll.

You are correct on that Seeme!  It was just another cover up on Cindy's part.  All Cindy had to do was google "poisonous plants for pets"  and she would have all the answers she needed on that subject. But we are supposed to believe that Cindy decided to go the "scientific" route.  Yeah, right!

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

I got a question or 2.

Other day, I thought I saw a new Prosecution list where they added people onto it.

Two weeks ago, Bozo submitted a new witness list where he added people on it.

The state filed a motion to have the new witnesses not allowed because it was past the deadline.

Prosecution filed their new witness list after Bozo's, so will Bozo be filing the same motion to not have the new witnesses allowed since it is past the deadline?

Why is it past deadline for Bozo, but not for State?  Am I missing something?

My understanding is that new witnesses can be added after the deadline but each witness must be justified and bozo just handed in names with no justification.

Hmm, okay, I didn't read either new list, just was curious.  I would love for JB to deny everything in a blanket denial for Bozo, but that would not be fair, now would it, LOL?

This is so last week, and you all have probably seen it, but did you see this picture of Amy coming out of her depo last week.  She looks pretty miserable, probably only one, other than us stupid bloggers and the SA, who care about Caylee.  Picture at link.

It was said that she was out working a cruise tour again & yes she cut her hair.   She was probably tired and aggravated over the series of questions, cant say I blame her.  I'm sure she had an attorney with her due to the fact that she was actually accused of being a "suspect" by the defense & the defendant's family in addition to when she brought the economic charges against Casey.  Cindy totally stabbed this girl in the back & in th heart right after Amy was kind enough to help her get to Casey...if I were her I'd be feeling rather tempted to pummel them both into the ground, just saying!

The picture from the above link shows Amy with her attorney.
All of Casey's friends had to hire them.
She's screwed a lot of people.

Cindy should be ashamed of herself for what she's done to Amy, but of course we know Cindy has no shame!!
