Probably means nothing but I would think it would have already came out , who DID have that number at the time in question?

Who is dumb enough to come forward and admit it?  Not if it were me.  Who wants to be Publicly Smeared # 1052?

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Chemical testing of air samples from the trunk of Casey Anthony's car primarily showed the presence of gasoline, jurors heard in a shortened day of testimony Wednesday.

Other compounds, including chloroform, were also found, but the amount did not appear to be large, University of Central Florida chemist Michael Sigman told jurors. Testing was not done to determine the amounts, Sigman said, but "they gave very low responses in the instrument."

Interesting....

does anyone know what this is about??

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick said they got the new information from an anonymous phone call made at the end of last week. They are investigating the information given.

State: Casey May Have Used Inmate's Child Drowning Story
 Posted: 6:10 am EDT June 21, 2011Updated: 6:13 pm EDT June 21, 2011
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- There were two major developments on Tuesday in Casey Anthony's murder trial. Tuesday marked day 35, including jury selection, in Casey's trial. She's accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.
 ::snipping2::

The state said Casey may have used another family's tragedy to come up with her story about Caylee dying in a swimming pool. Also on Tuesday, another error by the defense was so big, that it could win Casey a new trial if she's convicted.

Casey's lead attorney, Jose Baez, told the jury during his opening statement that Caylee drowned accidentally, and when George found her lifeless body at the bottom of the family's pool, he carried her to Casey and blamed her.

Also, the defense claims George, who Casey alleges sexually abused and bullied her for years, forced her to cover it up.

However, on Tuesday, prosecutor Linda Drane-Burdick told Judge Perry that the state has identified in computer records, searches and instant messages made from the Anthonys' computer.

"The data refutes that timeline," said Drane-Burdick.However, Baez cried foul, saying it's too late for the state to introduce "new evidence."

"We got the hard drive, but that's everything judge," Baez said.

But prosecutors told the Judge Perry that the defense has had the hard drive for at least two years.

"It's not new evidence. I don't know how something could be new evidence when it was given to you," Judge Perry said.
 ::snipping2::

I wish they had this info together earlier. It is true with the timeline and computer searches , witness(s) one James Thompson saw Caylee at 4pm. Then Casey goes to blockbuster with tony, no Caylee. George was at work.. goodness LE checked all this out... Caylee was dead in the trunk 2.5 .days while Casey was
In bed with tony, went home next day back car in garage, borrowed shovel, decided to wrap Caylee up in backyard, took her threw her away like trash!!!! No excuse!!!!!!
It's that simple! That's how it happened...m

If I heard Bill Schaefer right this morning, the evidence on the HD is a sticky wicket for the prosecution.  It would refute the defense's timeline if they bring it in, but the fact that the defense has had it for all this time and never analyzed it and even fired their computer forensic analyst would show such blatant incompetence on the defense's part that a guilty verdict could be overturned due to incompetent defense.

If anyone else heard this, please verify or clarify this interpretation of what I heard between streaming time-outs.

CELL PHONE AND DESKTOP ACTIVITY

I am thankful thatCasey's cell phone records and the results of the investigation or  Casey's desktop/laptop harddrives are coming into evidence.  However ... why was this not done in the prosecution phase of the trial when George Anthony was under oath.

George's detailed recollection of this particular day over one month later when being interviewed by detectives gives me a hinky feeling.

I am skeptical in regards to George's claim that he witnessed Caylee and Casey leaving the home at "percisely" 12:50 PM on the afternoon of June 16th  Think about it.  George not only can pinpoint the exact time his daughter and granddaughter departed but also remembers exactly what Casey and Caylee were wearing.

My hubby and I last saw all five of our grandkids on Sunday at 2:30 PM.  Neither of us can recall specific details in regards to what any of them were wearing.

As high user activity between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM was revealed from an investigation of Casey's desktop hard drive ... could it be that Casey was sitting at her desktop when George left for work at 2:30 PM.

It is my understanding  ... other than three one hour downtimes throughout the   morning and afternoon of June 16th ... desktop hard drive investigations indicate activity up until 3:00 PM and ... cell phone/ping records imply that Casey did not leave the Anthony home on June 16th until approximately 4:30 PM heading north.

I want to make it clear that I do not suspect George or Cindy of any involvement in the demise and disposal of their granddaughter.  However ... could it be that within hours of picking up Casey's vehicle from Johnson's towing ... the death odor as well as a missing Caylee ... implied that George and Cindy put two and two together and ... it added up to four.  It was at this point ... distancing their daughter from any implication in the death of their granddaughter became their mission?

So do you think she intentionally killed her between 4pm and Blockbuster or do you think she cholorformed her so she could be with Tony and never checked on her again and she died?  I can't decide.  I think she intentionally killed her because she never bothered to get out of bed and check on her the next day.  How could a mother do that??
Imo she could have brought Caylee with her or had someone watch her. Imo she was done with her to move in with tony.. get back at Cindy. she Knew she would die in the trunk ... I used to think it was an accident but No way now, her actions speak to that.

Ok, been thinking about this for a long time.
Good time to interject.
Could kc used pc-anywhere?
The hp home computer would have to be set up and kc could get into that pc from her laptop from a different location.  You just check a certain box in your computer and it's setup.
Why kc would do that, have no clue.

the reason this case is the way it is with the evidence on one end of the anthonys home and the car IS because cindy and george cleaning it up!
Wish they could point that out~! IF Cindy and Or George KNEW where Caylee was hidden they WOULD clean that up too!

No one is going to buy the fact that caylee drowned.. there is NO WAY Casey and Caylee Swam that day and the events unfolded that day that can Prove she drowned. George was at work! Caylee was seen at the time he was at work.. I dont know why the defense can waste all this time with the evidence.. maybe the prosecution is holding back on some things til the end!

I think I have finally figured out what the dumbfense's strategy is/was.  Drumroll.....They are trying to bankrupt the state of Florida.  That is why they stopped selling pictures and declared her idigent.  This was probably an idea contributed by LKB, since she knew she could make lots of $$$ commenting/punditing (books and/or movie) & wouldn't have to show her fat butt all over TV & could just get a facelift (less painful for her).

That is the only reason why they plan on calling every examiner/investigator that the state had 'touch' a piece of evidence that was ever sent out for testing/examination.  The state has to pay for everyone's transportation, meals, lodging, daily/hourly rate & etc. and then they get up there and say they found 'nothing'!!!!  Do you think they are going to call every TES volunteer?  (Thank our lucky stars that JP limited his inquiry to only the TES volunteers that searched in that vicinity!)

Now, here comes a useless Depo. of Vasco Thompson....more $$$   court reporter...video equip...Prosecutors...and 'rushed' transcription!!!  For what?  To spend more money!!  In there quest to spend all these Millions $$$$$ on expenses...imagine how much it cost the state per day they are in court!  Jurors eating, lodging, supervision, entertainment, overtime for court personnel on & on.  So the longer they drag it out, calling useless witnesses...not being prepared...and all of their other shenanigans ... God only knows what the final amount will be.  And, I don't think JP can do a damn thing about it.  Remember JP said 'this court only follows the rules..they don't make them' (paraphrasing)   All for this murdering, lying slore!!

This is our system people....we need to do something about it!  The victim has NO rights...we, the taxpayers have NO rights...we, the voters have to change this!

Rant over for now...not making any future promises though.

That, plus he figures that people who don't speak/understand English will not hear all of the negative comments about his ability.  He has lots of potential clients to represent and try & rehabilitate his reputation as a lawyer.  I have lots of other thoughts about this type of behavior, but don't think it is appropriate here.

Could it be that Caylee was discovered in the same clothes she had on when she met her demise despite the claims of her grandparents?

1.  George's description of the clothes he claims Caylee was wearing at percisely 12:50 PM on the afternoon of June 16th was all about implicating the "nanny".

2.  Cindy's testimony on the stand that she had never seen the top that Caylee was wearing when discovered was all about implicating the "nanny".

This is our system people....we need to do something about it!  The victim has NO rights...we, the taxpayers have NO rights...we, the voters have to change this!

Rant over for now...not making any future promises though.

Jinkasaurus says she thinks Baez is not being treated fairly by the judge. Is she smoking something funny?

Are you kidding me?  Jinka needs to back away from the Koolaid.  Bobo has had more patience and on the job training from JP than any lawyer in any trial I have ever watched.

I know she went to law school but I dont think she even practiced law, I'd have to look further.   I cannot tolerate her, her mood changes as the channel does that she appears.

You can bet your last dollar that she will not say that on NG's show...lol  Hate to defend NG, but Jinka wouldn't be on a next time if she came out w/crap like that.

Janet

the state can bring in rebuttal witnesses and maybe they are waiting for that moment..
as far as whether Casey did it on purpose for all we know after the fight Caylee could have been crying to leave Cindy and as Casey said she is a spiteful biatch so i think she did it to be spiteful
